Exactly what is said above. My hunter is in same boat, got t10.5 hands from voa and the cloak from badges first (to replace a blue lol). Now it's 2pc asap, which means shoulders. And then pretty much keep 2pc t9.5 running 2pc+2pc bonuses until i have enough badges for the other 2 pc's of t10, ignoring the legs unless I get them from voa.

I'm still not sure which other t10 piece to get first, leaning towards chest so I can drop t9 chest and make more use out of focused aim (from what I've read it's better to gear around 3/3 focused aim because other available talents aren't as nice as the gear upgrades you get? but I'm not sure, head piece looks pretty classy, in a 'I'll fuck your mother' kind of way)

yes, pants are pretty much only useful if they get you one of the set bonuses (and 4 piece only if gear is good enough to surpass 2t9) unless you have a shitty leg slot item

I mean, what spell destro warlock can use to stun it. None seem to work.

Kinda late here but if you are going destro you should have shadowfury anyway, it is damn helpfull, and even without the 5% i was able to nuke the add down before it could kill Terans(sp?). I dont see why it should be a problem with 15% buff now just nuke hard and it will die quickly destro has insane burst.

Do you have any PVE gear to mix in? DBW? It's very very easy to run around 50% passive arp and still retain 900-1k resil, and its 10000000% worth doing. Even in double healer comps. ARPARPARP. Of course, if your pve gear is also shitty, and you dont have any arp really at all to begin with, then I suppose STR would be better for you. You don't need to have DBW to change to arp gems either, but it helps tremendously.

Should I use glyph of righteous defense to increase the success rate of taunt? Failled taunt at critical time blow (ie: lich king fight). If I do, which one should I replace? glyph of vengeance (+10expertise)?

Plea and Vengeance have always been my two gimmes with the 3rd being flex. None of the other majors are particularly vital, so whatever you have there is what I'd swap.

Generally. The constant DR of the Plea glyph is essential and necessary. 10 expertise is a LOT to gain from our best seal.

Otherwise your options are Salv (extra cooldown), judgement (threat) or taunt. It doesn't really matter which you go with.

It seems obvious but just making sure I'm not overlooking something, and I don't trust Rawr on it because it generally assumes cooldowns like that are popped every cd.

How do I save my addon settings only? I just save my WTF folder or something?

You can copy your WTF folder and it will work as just a backup, but if you're trying to duplicate your UI to another toon then a lot of Ace based addons won't retain their settings since they have profile awareness.

You can get around this by using an addon that backs up all your ace settings into a profile loader and then just reload that profile on the other toon; I don't remember the name of the addon that does it though and google isn't turning up anything familiar :<
