BiS for Hunter varies by which spec you're using, but MM hunters get the most out of tip-top gear. No lists exist on any site I trust in either case.
EJ has BiS discussion for Ret Pallies though.

Here's my DK, specced to tank heroics:

Pull with DnD, drop HB immediately after, and BB after that. Use BB/HB/Ob as runes come up to keep up (don't save the other FU runes for the HB cooldown, use Ob for Rime procs). I can usually hold most aoe aggro off with this unless the dps are geared the fuck out and/or they focus fire a target different from my primary one.
On a per-resource level, BB is less threat than a Blood Strike on a single target, but get 3 or more and its threat:GCD cost becomes really appealing.
Keep Rune Strike macroed to EVERYTHING, tab around liberally so you're getting RS on multiple targets, profit.
So my warrior is 63 now and I'm using a Fury spec for leveling, I have multiple gem socket items that I have been putting STR in, but I am wondering about gemming hit. It seems that my Yellows (WW/Cleave/Bloodthirst) have a less then 1% chance of missing (but a 5-7% chance of being dodged and parried). The problem I'm having is, my White attacks are near a 17% chance to miss (5% chance to dodge 5% chance to parry also) and this is destroying my rage gain. Also yellow gems are so cheap/easy to get I could afford to do Autumns Glows, where as with red gems I just go bloodstones.
Basically: Strength vs Hit vs Expertise for leveling?
When I was starting out on Hunter I used Shandara's Hunter spreadsheet. Theres a gear planner tab inside the spreadsheet that lists bis gear, and you can filter it to show whatever you want, like say to exclude heroic gear if you don't have access to ICC HM yet.

The correct answer for hunter loot is http://www.femaledwarf.com
So I'm kinda confused as to how to Spec for leveling as Fury (past 60). The main forums spec just cannot be right because it doesn't include Enrage which has like 100% uptime for soloing. Also the whole going into the arms tree seems kind of pointless to me seeing as you need Tier 3 to get anything usefull.
This is what I am thinking of now: http://www.wowhead.com/talent#LZGxco...kAoic0M:0GZ0Mz
Since it gives: More rage via bloodrage and 5 rage everytime I dodge/parry
15% cleave crit chance
20 Seconds lower on Shield Block (When soloing group quests I use 2 Handed/Shield in Dstance and depend on Bloodthirst to keep me alive between shield block CDs.)
Thoughts?
I found that switching to prot as 60 was a lot better than fury or arms. You'll kill slower, but you'll have zero downtime and have no problem soloing elite quests. I did it before the warrior buffs to devastate and revenge so I'm sure it's even more OP now.
I already have 0 downtime and can solo most group quests using Bloodthirst with Shield spam. It's a very fun spec compared to arms, Whirlwind hits HARD.
bloodthirst + glyph + 2 haste heirloom trinkets and your pretty much set as fury for leveling really.
Question about two capes according to rawr Frost Agi cape does more dps than the Str one. I've seen some fury warrior with them over Ocean Serpent. The Agi cape does have crit alone and more crit from Agility ofcourse, slightly less ArP and no Expertise.
Anyway my current fury warrior stats.
23 exp
46,21 crit
Hard capped ArP.
If I'm using replacng my cape with another I'm going to miss out on 45 exp.
Ocean Serpent

Recovered Scarlet Onslaught

You'll be over budget on expertise, is why rawr says to use scarlet onslaught. Blizzard kind of went crazy with expertise on 251+ plate gear.
I need some advice on Unholy spec for DK DPS
I've been noticing a few Unholys in my raiding group pull slightly higher numbers then I do, and I mainly go blood because I find death strike, heart strike and death coil spam to pull some decent numbers, highest being 7k average being 4k, I've tried plauge strike, icey touch and blood strike spam but highest I could get was 6.4k (ps, it, ds, bs, bs, dc, dc, (horn if not enough) dc, bs, bs, bs, bs) idk if the dot eventually caps from being enhanced by bloody strike or not that may have something to do with it.
anyways...
Looking to use 2h weapon of course, a friend refereed me to deathknightbuilds.com but as I know very little about anything in the game and I'm just doing what I'm told to do basically for my class, or eventually messing around thinking I found a good setup only to find out I wasted 200g+ messing around with my talents and removing and adding them.
I tried frost cause I was told I'd pull higher numbers, altho I noticed a dramatic decrease in my overall dps and against trash and boss.. so! figured unholy might be the way to go.
any suggestions for a decent raid setup for 2h? none of which on dkb.com really seem to stand out to me as to what would be decent/good..
How is your gear? Armory link would help to get an idea.
I do between 7-8k on my unholy DK and my gear isn't anything special I have around 5.4k GS on my DK. Also are you using ss in your rotation and refreshing your diseases with pest?
I think he is talking about Unholy rotation maybe he's talking about Desolation buff from BS?
Looking for Unholy... simply stated I tried frost and it was .. awful, never wanna go back lol, and I was also putting out there that I tried dot & blood strike cause that supposedly raises the damage on the diseases by like 12% or something.
Blood strike doesn't affect diseases at all. Post your armory and I will helps
I switched from Blood to Unholy awhile ago and it's awesome so dunno what you are doing wrong >.>
And BS damage does increase from diseases you have on targets.
