My druid is 70, only has 1 profession (skinning) which is 375. I wouldnt mind dropping it after im 77-80.

Should I postpone leveling and go shoot herbalism to 375 so I can level it while I'm grinding 70-80? I have normal flight form, not swift flight, so at 77 I'll need like 6k gold. Is that easily attainable from questing? My main doesn't have a gathering profession, not too sure If i want to grind on it just for the druids mount if the druid is more than capable of 6k by 77 on its own.

Whether I do it now or not, I plan to be Herb on this druid, not sure of 2nd prof, but probably inscript.

Only problem with leveling herbalism, besides the fact that the part where you need the firebloom or whatever it is sucks, is that normal flightform so outland will be slightly gay but at least 99% of herbs are in terrokar.

I've leveled herb from 0-375 I guess im just hesitant to do it again cause I can't stand the tanaris/swamp of sorrows part.

that even applies to quest exp so your probably getting like 20,000+ exp a quest at lv 40-50's? That and you can give a free level per 2 levels or something I hear

yeah you can do lv 58-> 70 in like 3 days only questing up to barely touching terrokar forest >.>

Kinda fast exping till around 75 for most people, slows like crazy at 77 no epic flying... although the method I quest leaves alot the early zones open... epic flying in starter zone exping = crazy!

[Correction]

If you get full 150% rested exp at 70 before entering northrend you shouldn't run out till you to about Zul'Drak. And that's even if you do Fjord > Tundra like any normal person should.

Quick shadow priest questions:

i recently picked up playing my shadow priest again, my gear is atrocious though (being 71 and all), but at 80 what should i be aiming at for running heroics/raiding (Sp/SHit/Crit/Int/Spi?).

I was also told, that like int, spirit effects priest's spellpower, is it true?

finally, any good sites for Spriest rotations for raiding & gearing?

Don't know a whole lot about spriest, however, at 80 you should get to and maintain the hit cap, which is 17% for spells. (Not counting Misery or other things I'm not aware of.)

And: Priests - Elitist Jerks for optimal rotation/whatever you need to know.

My instincts are telling me to use consumables to gain hit rating and just gem for str everywhere else. I've got ~10 gem slots to use (no meta socket), and the socket bonuses are irrelevant. Any level 70 spreadsheet that used to exist is pretty much gone now (fuck you filefront) so I can't get any realistic models.

Any tips?

Correction:

Crit rating seems fine, but with TG gemming for Hit until you get around 310-360 is advisable, even for leveling and regular dungeons. Currently the soft cap for TG Warriors with 3/3 Precision is 361 for lvl 83 mobs, so getting close to that 361 cap will make a big difference in instances and general leveling. I very, very highly recommend doing the quick few quests in the Transborea region of Borean Tundra for the Death Knight's Anguish which is a sick trinket. On a full stack with Enrage up expect upwards of 37% crit chance - hot stuff.

Since I'm pretty much picking it up at 70 I don't have much knowledge of the rotation for bear tanking, I'd really like to learn it since I'll probably do a lot of it in Ulduar.

Don't really need 5/5 in furor, I say toss at least 2 in to King of the jungle. If you are soloing you are pretty much going to be in cat form anyways. so going 2/2 ImotW and 3/5 in furor.

That's my little hybrid build. A trend I am seeing a lot lately is druids going 60/11 and not taking intensity. Putting enough to get omen and then the rest in feral. I picked up intensity cause I found my self rage starved at times.

At 70 I tried to go straight for berserk then try to work around that, making sure you pick up 3/3 Survival of the fittest to get crit immune.
As for tanking the rotation is pretty simple. mangle, laceratex3 and maul/swipe spam.
Idol of Perspicacious Attacks - Item - World of Warcraft <-- thats pretty much the only tanking trinket in wrath. But Idol of terror is still a good choice.
