Find a friend that plays, that will increase your likelihood to continue playing the most. Make sure it's one that plays often. Someone to talk to is a bonus when grinding levels.

Game isn't dead for low level play... leveling itself is completely solo, and you can now que for a dungeon while questing. When the que pops, after a short time, 5-10min, you will be instantly teleported to that dungeon and will be in a group with 4 people from different servers. Low level BG's are always very active too.

For bag mods, bagnon or arkinventory are what I usually use. I forget what sorts your bags, mrplow I think.

Are you picking up from your 40 priest or a new character? If you are starting a new character, I'd recommend something that levels faster than priest, as well as something that has multiple roles (like priest). Druid and Paladin come to mind.

If you are not used to the leveling in this game priest leveling speed will be just fine. After 30/40ish it picks up anyway. And if you are looking for more people to play with, and are thinking about endgame, get off the RP-PVP server.

What ever happened to leveling bg brackets being separated from twink brackets? I tried doing some AVs while leveling 60-70 and they're full of people in sunwell gear and shit.

They're only separated if they turn off EXP gain iirc?

^ from what I understand, people that want to "twink" without being in the twink bgs have been doing this. so the 50-59 and 60-69 brackets can suck.

In that case the 60-69 and 70-79 brackets (AB,WSG,etc) should be fine, since the twinks would be stuck at the bottom of the level bracket. In AV thou it's 60 twinks in the 51-60 bracket, and 70 twinks in the 61-70 bracket, and it's awful.

Like with all twinks though, you can often work around them if you're the right class to counter them. But melee vs melee generally gets destroyed and it isn't fun. But then most of the time being a melee isn't fun in PvP unless you're pretty damn well geared.

I've hard about bugging saurfang so the DPS can stay on the other boat killing stuff, how exactly does that work?

You have to land on a top area left side of boat, where it can't melee you, sometimes it fails and can hit you regardless, but is lolship there is no need to bug imo xD.

basically only useful for on a boat tbh.
(also allows one tank to afk for the entire duration of the fight which, as that tank, I find pretty sweet!)

Question about Ret:

I have about 80 badges saved up because I didn't think the hands would drop from VoA, but they did. What item should I get next? Continue for 4 piece? Hit belt? Trinket to replace my awesome mirror or truth?

Also I just got the Bryntroll and was wondering if it was better than Shadow's Edge for PvP or even PvE (I don't think it is but just making sure)

I see warriors using heroic cryptmaker over Shadow's but not brintoll, as for trinket is a steady 340 AP instead of 1000AP whenever mirror procs. personally i'd keep what you're using or try and get erm.. the toc25 trinket.

Well I already know HKT is about double the DPS of Mirror but I'm not sure about the other things, I was reading EJ and apparently the 4 piece T10 is pretty huge so I'm not sure.

Is unholy still the best dk spec for aoe dps/threat for tanking leveling dungeons? I haven't paid attention to dk changes since the beginning of wotlk.
