Prove me wrong? I've yet to find a situation where either of these things are useful. Maybe at a lower level, but at 80, useless.

EDIT: By either of these things, I meant Atonement/Evangelism.

They keep nerfing the healing done and mana restored by these abilities on the beta, so don't expect to use these already worthless abilities in the future.

I just smite my way through heroics, like I used to do, but without any need to pay attention to heals at all for the most part. Doesn't sound too bad for me.

All of that is pretty secondary, the easy answer is that there is no point to the color. It's just a socket so that you can customize the stats a little bit more than with reforging alone.

I was testing out my word of glory spec on Heroic Sindragossa. I have to say, its pretty damn good. I ended the fight with 1k healing/per sec and 3k dps (no issue with thread). The world of glory healing was sweet since I use it immediatly after taking big hit (breath), and was able to save a few people as well.

Every 3 stack world of glory were healing for 12k+4k and occasionally, 24k+4k. One stack WoG is 8k hp healed, and can be done pretty much anytime.


The only drawback of this spec is the damage loss, but it's not a huge issue on its own.

Anyone else not able to learn the epic transmute gems after reaching 450 alchemy?
Picked up Cardinal Ruby quest and I can't complete it because I cant make any of the gems needed for it. Please don't tell me they changed it to a discovery recipe.
