I was planning on playing again sometime soon, I have a few characters around 65 so I could probably be 70 rather fast, but I don't think I'm going to be playing WoW again until the end of December or January.

There's a few quests that raise your Alliance rep. I dont remember any that is repeteable however.

Yeah, all those quests and tournament stuff that gave you "alliance rep" i just thought it was for each faction. But maybe it's for it's own tab lol.. Only thing i can think of is the lunar event where you have to hunt down all the elders. Each elder gives like 85 alliance rep

Where are you seeing this? I can't see any 'Horde' bar anywhere on my rep list, closest is 'Horde Expedition', which was wrath, and that capped with the reps that go up when you run dungeons with no tabard.

Cho'gall. Not 100% it's EST, but there are raids running during EST times for sure. And pugs are happening at most hours.

I had my pally on Area 52 for the longest of time for this exact reason. Just took all my toons there. Horde dominated like whoa, PvE realm.

So I'm hearing that a bug with Hand of Light went live with the patch today that prevents you from using Holy Power abilities even if it's active while you have less than 3 HP. Can any rets confirm this for me?

Edit: Was able to get on and test this for myself. Hand of Light is definitely bugged and won't let you use any HP ability if you have 0 HP but works like normal as long as you have at least one charge of HP.

Wow, I read HP as hit points not holy power, I wondered for about 5 minutes while playing WoW after reading that why you would ever be at 1 or 2 HP and think 'oh shit why doesn't this ability work', and further why you would expect anything to be usable at 0 HP
