Generally, people don't like to pick fights where they aren't heavily favored to win. "Enjoying world pvp" is usually code for picking on people who don't stand a chance. Case in point, I was very rarely bothered on my druid while I was doing my lv 80 dailies, probably because people don't like picking fights they can't win, and a fully pvp-geared resto druid was, for most classes, an unwinnable fight. A few people did, and a small fraction of them were successful, but most people didn't even try, and I was content to farm side by side (like resto druid could kill anything anyway; in the 20 minutes it would take me to kill them surely they'd escape or call in friends)
