What exactly is the Flametongue bug people are talking about and does it have any impact on a shaman leveling (like dual FT with a caster main hand or something?)

This is more a random comment than question, but:
I'm in BRD on my mage, get to the golems after the Naga boss which have crazy elemental resistance. Fireball/Frostbolt do half damage at best. So I decide to try out my new frostfire bolt...
100k+ damage, lulz.
How good is SV these days?, I just cant push above 7.5k dps as MM while i can get 10k under the right moment as BM. Granted my gear is very shit but still.
Are Valor points going to be converted into justice points every time there is a major update, or you should stock them?
What enchanting skill is needed to DE cataclysm level BoEs? Trying to figure out how far I'm going to have to go with this alt.
which class would you suggest to play as tank?
Bear or DK
warriors arent bad either, there's one-million paladin too many though. and for cata DE there is 3 levels, 425, 450 and 500 iirc or 475 instead of 450. valor points should be converted to JP on new tier yes.
You need 425/450 for low lvl greens and blues. then 475 for lvl 83 greens and lvl 500 for higher lvl blues.
oh answered already. I needa read lol
It is 500+ to do blues of any level and 475 to do Greens. It actually scales up quite quickly with the level of the gear and the rank of rarity. In other words, you will have to be level 75+ to have access to Illustrious Grand Master to DE anything in Cata. Not to mention you will have to be 84 to ever be able to do the higher end enchants since those vendors can only be accessed once you phase in the area.
All tanks are theoretically equal these days. Although certain classes have a bit of an advantage in certain encounters. The self healing of a DK tank can literally save a group. That being said WoG tanking with a Paladin is quite powerful in and of itself. Block and Crit Block are quite powerful in balancing the incoming damage curve You have to remember that while over the past two expansions, tanking has been mostly about Effective Health. Now it is about EH AND having as stable of a damage curve as possible. Healers have limited mana and are being forced to heal everyone in the raid, not solely the tank (more so in a 10 man setting than a 25). So taking a stable amount of damage instead of being more spikey is better for everyone in your group. This is why you are seeing Warriors and Paladins stacking mastery and reforging out of Dodge and Parry. As well as not seeing Stamina gems in every slot.
Do people actually pay 200g+ for glyphs nowadays? moved my hunter to horde and was shocked to see such high prices.
I don't need to do enchants outward yet, just want to be able to recycle BoEs into materials I can use/sell more easily than the BoEs themselves. But thanks for the info, regardless.
Anyone know if any 10 man serious guilds that raid at night time? I'm having trouble finding one, considering making my own on my server, but I wanted to see whats out there before going through with that. I guess what I'm looking for is extremely picky, but theres gotta be one out there. I'm shocked at how many guilds are 25 man still, barely seeing any 10 man only guilds.
I play on an Alliance guild on Dark Iron called Relevant to my Interest. We're going to start running weekly 10 man's tomorrow actually. We're a guild that is mainly consisted of real life friends who have been playing games together for awhile now. We raid 9 PM EST time on Teusdays and Saturdays. We also want to start doing rated BG's once most of our players finish farming their pvp gear. Shoot me a PM if you'd like to talk to our guild leader...
Ah well 9 pm EST is WAY too early for me :\ 10 pm PST or later would be ideal.
