Ah, I thought you were pally. That would explain it.
Ah, I thought you were pally. That would explain it.
So I think my WoW broke. The JP Vendor in org was selling some BoE Epic Agi neck for 2200 JP, but the icon was a body piece. I bought the neck and it became souldbound to me without me equipping it. I equipped it and it quipped to my body. On my screen it had an epic neck in my body slot, but on other peoples screen it was the actual body piece that the icon was. Shit D:
http://www.wowhead.com/item=49633 are cheap as shit to make and 50 charges, shale spider is really never worth it. Kinda dumb blizzard never gave them a second ability like other exotics...
Can someone help me with a reallllllly simple macro? I tried to look for some help/syntax but got stuck since I can't seem to find something which is easy
I've got 2 buttons for Rogue and Warrior which are Shoot/Throw
One macro will:
Equip [Throwing Item] if not already equipped
Throw
The other will
Equip [Shooting Item] if not already equipped
Shoot
Once I figure out these I can use it for Warrior/Rogue specific stuff which requires throwing items, i.e. Deadly Throw or something. So in effect, it's like gear swapping! On a tiny scale. I know how to make a macro to use an ability, so in I just can figure out the equip macros-- so if need be I can swap main hand or off hand weapons to do abilities that need a dagger main hand (if it will work like that)
I'm not sure if any /wait is needed in between the macros, incase it fires too quick and skips the next line also :s
Ah well I wasnt really referencing to the shale spider as you see in my earlier post I didnt even really feel like going to pick one up since I don't consider it worth it. But pets like the Dragonhawk and I think the Ravager is tenacity as well, they give +damage for everyone in the raid if the class that brings the debuff isnt there.
As far as I know you can't do anything like that with WoW macros. Those basic two MIGHT work if you're not in combat, but I know you can't do any /wait function in macros in WoW, and in combat swapping weapons procs the GCD, and that's the end of the line for that macro
they are cunning actually
But I actually think since we have the room for it a shale spider is nice to have. I wouldn't keep it on my 5 bar and wouldn't use it for heroics, but as I said you can collect each ability and still have 1 extra so it's nice to have it on the back burner in case a raid specifically wants it or something.
#showtooltip
/cast [equipped:Thrown] Throw; Shoot
Oh whoops I was mistaking tenacity for cunning. But hey in the most recent patch notes they added a new ability to shale spiders. 3 second snare which leads to a 10 second stun o.o
Which pet do I want to level my hunter (beast mastery)? I havent bothered with anything yet since the crab is doing just fine (lv 25 now) but there has to be something better...maybe?
IMO anything ferocity, tanking pets just arent needed as BM. Try and get a spirit beast when you hit that lvl though there heal is really nice heading into cata leveling zones.

Should have a list of all pets and current skins there.
Oh crap, I never noticed it proccing the GCD when I occasionally for fun swap to my halloween sword to summon the pumpkins! The reason why I thought that it will work in combat is because I noticed I can switch weapons on the fly as I've done so before but I never noticed it proccing the GCD. Might throw my plans out the window then lol
Thanks Tajin, I'll give that macro a try!
#showtooltip Fan of Knives
/startattack
/equip <name of your throwing weapon>
/cast Fan of Knives
#showtooltip Mutilate
/startattack
/equip <name of your better ranged weapon>
/cast Mutilate
These will invoke Global cooldown though like said above so only use them if you think you do, chances are a throwing weapon will be better for you in all aspects as a Rogue anyways.
Cat, wolf, and raptor are all good for the buffs the bring, probably not going to notice the difference between each. The advantage for ferocity pets are from bloodthirsty/heart of the phoenix (maybe not as helpful with the new glyphed mend pet), and the deep dps talents like rabid, which you can't get at that level (in fact I don't think there's any advantage for ferocity pets at that level besides buffs/debuffs they bring, just worse armor/hp scaling). For tenacity pets, turtle is probably the best choice all around.
double post somehow
Anyone know how to disable the holy power counter on xperl? Can't seem to find it.
I'd still go with a shale spider, even if their dps is poop, guess if you get the MD glyph you can go Haxurvival and get anything.
http://www.wowhead.com/item=59525/ch...f-dark-mending dropped for my sisters priest this week in our 10man, no one else wanted it. Shes currently using a blue, but we are debating if this is even worth keeping. She plays holy, and we only have Halfus down so far in 10mans. We are capable of at least magmaw/ODS/VT and maybe council, but there doesn't seem to be really anything better than heroic blue one handers from the first few bosses in cata raids.
Should she use it and reforge the mastery to haste, or keep running heroic blue + blue/purple offhand?
Uh, whichever gives better total stats?
Highly likely heroic blue + offhand with enchant.
