Should I use the On use spell power pvp trinket, or on equip spell power pvp trinket?

Currently I'm a lock with Darkmoon/medallion @3427resil and switch to blue depending on match to on use for 3728resil.

Currently only 1 blue pvp piece other than that trinket (the belt) and currently using PVE mainhand. I have 2786 conquest points, not high enough for t2 weap. I run Shadowcleave with WLPaladin and LdruidDK. Sometimes I run RPriestLock for points for the priest. All around 1800rating, I'd say I'm focused maybe 50% of the time, most locks I see on AJ run with 3600.

Might not be 100% corect, but they seem to be within +-25pts

Resil is the best stat point for point for PvP

I know it's the best but most locks are hovering around the 3600 mark, and I was going back and fourth between filo and the godly Nadagst whos running more resil than really any lock I know, but also a triple dps team.

not sure what you're asking here, basically just asking if you should get the on use or the proc one?

Then get the on proc one and use the on use int with it. They match up pretty well.

my alt pld tank is up to 344+ ilvl now.

1) I have heavy mastery stacked to ~44% block rate, is parry or dodge the better secondary?
2) my dps has dropped like a rock stacking tank stats to the point that i lose threat, should i stack str as well?
3) in randoms I get buffed to 180K+ hp, my dodge/parry are about 15% ea before on use trinks and my block is 44%+, I tank like it's wotlk with maybe 1 cc/pull, but I am finding tank drops in heroics rare as sh*t. I still have a quest weap and after 2 dozen heroics I have mostly AH/rep/jp gears, wtf? I just did a H Deadmines and 3 plate dps gears dropped...

let me know how to optimize please^^

#1 Both are equals and suffer from diminishing return. What you want is to keep them close to each other with reforging. In raw mitigation, parry and dodge are superior to mastery as far as I can tell (at least, at that level). The only reason why you go for mastery is to avoid spike damages and even out the dmg curves.

#2 Mark targets and ask dps to focus on the same one if needed. If 3 good dps are bursting differents mobs, you're not going to keep threat no matter how good you are. I finished SFK with ~12k dps the other day and still lost threat quite a bit to friends with 14-16k. If your group can handle it (almost every group can), just play Wrath styles and run to a pack of mobs with your AoE (Avenger shield and HoTR spam). If there is CC, keeping threat on everything is usually hell unless DPS are willing to collaborate a little and let you gather the monsters..

#3 Seem like too much hp for a random. Stam trinkets are very underwhelming in this expansion...actually, most tanking trinket are. I ended up using the ilvl333 BoE forever.

And for gear. Buy Elementium Earthguard on AH, ilvl346 Weapon should drop eventually (there is like 3 or 4 tanking weapons). Wrist are from Ramkahen. Belt is crafted. Back piece is from Hyjal. Boot are from Dragonmaw. Body/Head/shoulder from justice points. Ring from theraze.

There really isnt much to get from Heroics. If you have some terrible pieces, you could always use pvp gears in the meantime until a lv346 drop.

Parry and dodge are exactly the same, and have the exact same diminishing returns now. You should try to keep your ratings in both as close together as you possibly can.

No. I'm assuming you mean heroics-- you're not taking enough damage to keep your vengeance high. Put on some dps gear if you're having extensive threat problems, but you really shouldn't be having issues.

not much to say about that last part, the drops aren't particularly rare you're just having bad luck

not like jp gear is bad anyway, though

If you're "not taking enough dmg", it's better to just rush ahead and claim the pull before the rest of the group catch up. You don't know when you will need that mitigation in heroic, shit still hit pretty hard at time. If you're running with friend, go ahead, but with pug...idk.

Generally when people are selling things like time codes they've bought them from Blizzard with the intent of rescinding payment, meaning they're basically stealing from Blizzard and taking your gold for said stolen objects. They may work, or they may not due to the nature of their production. So yeah don't bother.

Lots of people sell time codes legitimately too. Its a quasi-legitimate way for people to buy gold that Blizzard turns a blind eye to.

If it's a legit player doing it on their main, it's probably safe.

If it's a random level 1, don't touch anything like that.

I bought a spectral steed for 8k, got it, used it on a bunch of characters, the next day it was all gone, and it took me a couple days to get the gold restored.

With Cata and I believe a lot of us here run 10 man raids only (except the same usual guys, I forget their names, who have a solid 25 man crew it seems judging by their progression) do any of you still use a loot system? Given a 10man team in the same guild SHOULD usually mean you all know each other some way or another on a somewhat personal level, does the need for a loot system still exist; the people who had to recruit randomly from trade/cross realm are exempt from this question I guess)? In our guild there's no "inner circle" of people but how it worked was a small handful, maybe 3, who knew each other randomly, hooked in their RL friends together to play to form the guild. As a result we've all been easy to get along and it's drama free because we're all easy going. We operate on "if you need it, roll it" system.
