it doesn't matter
but since you're new, and a lot of players here are from US, I suggest you go to one where 2-3 guys here know each other. It'll be more fun in the long run and they can help you out with advice, etc

go with alliance + PvE server, nothing worse than doing quest and get jumped by opposite faction. Alliance IMO has better quests storyline and the cities are easier to navigate and more pleasant to the eyes.
FigurePrints. How many people have bought one of these and been very happy with their purchase? and how sturdy is it?
I mean, for it's price it had better be worth it. Any info you can give would be cool.
There's quite a few blogs with close-up detail shots, and from what I've seen in person at exhibits at PAX/BlizzCon, the #1 problem is the 'grainy' appearance of the figure, where instead of smooth, painted surfaces the figure looks like sand pressed together and dyed, resulting in somewhat washed out colors and a loss of sharp silhouettes around finer details on the figurine. If you don't mind either issue you will probably get your money's worth, since they are otherwise very faithful to your character's appearance and gear, lack of shoulder/helm glow/animations and weapon enchants notwithstanding.
Has anyone been arenaing on rogue 2K+?
Mine is 80 was debating bringing it up, wondering how it is compared to wrath and tbc arenas at 2300+
Paladin question: didn't they designed HotR to be used full time as Holy Power builder instead of alternate it with CS in single/multi target tanking?
Guides I'm reading speak of both, but they're a little dated
HotR is essentially my cleave, with the benefit of it being no limit to targets and anything around you.
I use CS for single target exclusively, unless my target is slightly off melee range, then I'll use HotR. HotR does build Holy Power too, yes, if that's what you mean?
Boyiee: have you seen any of the Reckful videos? He's a PvP rogue. Rather interesting videos to watch.
It's just I remember that right before I quitted around January they had slightly modified HotR to make it the default HP builder for tanks. You know, that kind of herpderp semplification they had been doing since Cata release.
Ah in that case, it's an alternative HP builder. You'll want to use it in any situation when you're facing 2 or more targets. You'll build HP regardless of single or multi target, as long as it hits something. Unlike Templar Verdict where it requires 4 or more targets (rage!).
In single target, it does just slightly less damage than Crusader Strike, but you can glyph CS for 5% more Crit and 30% less mana consumption, making it more ideal for single target tanking.
HotR does less % weapon damag, therefore building less threat on single target is why you use CS or hotr
CS: single target or build threat on a single target
HoTR: two targets and more
Both get 1 holy power every 1.5sec, so it doesnt matter which one you use if thats what you want.
And while I'm here, for what reason is CS 4.5sec on Ret and 3sec on prot. I don't see any talent or skills that reduces its cooldown on prot.
[edit]
Anyone has any advice i could give to our feral druid for adds kiting in nef first phase.
Because haste lowers the CD on ret attacks? Phase1 they dont take long to die really, pop some armor potions, and cooldowns, maybe have him spec pseudo tank, will do less dps but more survival.
Ret cooldown start at 4.5sec and goes down with haste. Prot start at 3 and stay at 3. It's probably. I was simply wondering what talent modifies that cooldown, or if its just something unlisted when you change spec.
I thought maybe they could have kited the adds on feral or something. So, it's just plain old straigth tanking?
We have our Feral Druid straight tank them in DPS gear, DPS spec,(edit: in bear form) with a priest watching him with CDs. I wouldn't suggest kiting them as tail & breath could be bothersome. You can have a Mage Ring of frost or DK hungering cold to reduce some of the dmg when they are gathered up if needed.
I was thinking about something along the line of sending holy paladin with him, then Holywrath --> run to the other side --> holy wrath.
