Oh yeah, how important is having a 1.4speed opposed to a 1.8speed if the ilvl is pretty different?

I would think not many, although some efficientists will come out and prove me wrong. But assuming the best offhand you got is the 346 one (JP) ...

Or try dumping it in Shadowcraft =)

It's incredibly important since it's a significant source of mastery and energy regain procs. Just plugging it into shadowcraft shows the 346 fast offhands are more dps than the 1.8 378 you've got in there now.

Edit: Oh you're mutilate. It's even more important the last time I looked, as IP procs at 5-stack DP form the lion's share of Mut DPS.

Think I need a healer on this server... Got a shaman at 85 (another server and faction though), a druid at 80 (again, another server and faction), a priest at 66ish, and paladin is the only class I don't have leveled past 65.

Which NON-DRUID healer would you guys prefer to play in PVE, doing hard modes?

Which NON-DRUID healer would you guys prefer to play in PVP, in both RBG's and Arenas?

I kind of want a multi-role class for Mists, but I rarely play my other characters roles as it is... and I prefer melee in PVP so we'll see if that ever turns out. I say non-druid cause I'm tired of being on that tier token, lol. I keep saying I prefer a multi-role class when I'm on say my warlock or rogue, then I get on my warrior and NEVER TANK, only dps in pve/pvp as my dual specs. I think I enjoyed my warlock slightly more than melee in raids, with the exception of trash, and exception of 5mans, so priest stands out, but really I just don't know.

Priest. I personally found all 3 specs of paladin extremely boring in PvP and PvE, granted it was the end of WoTLK before all this holy power stuff. Priest is a fun healer in PvP and PvE because of their offensive capabilities, and having 2 different healing specs to keep it fresh (in PvE atleast, holy is pretty crap for arena).

They haven't changed since tier 6
Protector - Warrior, Hunter, Shaman
Conqueror - Priest, Paladin, Warlock
Vanquisher - Rogue, Death Knight, Mage, Druid

Yeah blizzard seems to have found their sweet spot with classes on tier, although I would think they would move DK around once in a while but they don't. Monk will probably land on Protector.

My friend actually said the opposite for pvp, he thinks paladin is more fun to heal on in pvp.

Yeah I haven't played paladin since TBC so I have no idea wtf at this point. My thing is I enjoy casting in raids, and melee in pvp, so if I ever did use the other role of the class I'd be torn on which to use. I've never healed in pvp though, have been 2400 on rogue and 2100 on warlock and warrior though. Gonna be weird playing hide and seek and healing.

Two Hybrids per token does make the most sense since some guilds (like mine) just see the same fucking tokens drop over and over and over and over. I think all of our hunters/warriors have 4pc bonuses now and we don't run with a Shaman

Its funny you say that, cause we'll go weeks of just getting warrior/hunter/shaman and we have 1 hunter and 1 shaman in the group, shaman has 4set for all 3 specs I think.

Are there any high end resto shamans that can take a look at my shaman and see if I am doing things right? My healing is fine but I feel like I can be doing better or I should at least be doing better. What I really want to know is my trinkets, are they good/mediocre? I also have seal of the 7 sins LFR version. Idk which 2 are best tbh

As an update, I guess I'm going to go with priest. I think caster is more tolerable in raids than melee for the most part anyway, even though I've been melee forever and caster for only 2 patches. Priest is level 66 anyway, easy choice.

I'm wondering if i should stack Lunar Laterns and sell them over the next years on Horde AH. I could get a few at 10k a pop, but I have no clue how easy they will be to sell.

With pet battles and unavoidable inflation, i have the feeling it might be a good investment.

I know it takes a lot from your profit, 85% sounds about right but not sure. Could test by selling something for 100g and see how much you get, have a friend buy it or something on opposite faction.

What the hell. The Netural AH takes a 15% cut of the final bid price, no more.

I'll check Lunar Lantern prices when I get home but I strongly suspect their value will drop like a rock by the end of the event when people with multiple 85 alts take the weekend to grind them out and try to sell them

It could drop, but keep in mind you can only buy 1 per character/year (unless you have left over). This event already take quite a while to do, probably longer than it take to get Argent dawn pet which go for ~10k.
