Does Blood elf racial ability calculate as 6% of maximum mana or 6% base mana?
I'm considering xfering my holy priest to horde and wondering what the best race is, if anyone cares to share some insight

Almost certain it's total mana pool now, but since I'm prot paladin and never tested on something with more mana, I might be wrong.
It's definitely total mana
Kiril, Fury of Beast (Normal) or Spire of Coagulated Globules (normal) for hunters. It feels like I'm losing a lot of secondary stats for 1000 agi (20% of the time)
Also, should I be using Vial of shadows (raid finder version) or starcatcher compass (normal)? I'm pretty sure t's vial, but just in case
If I use a boe item for transmog will it bind the boe or will it remain boe?
it binds it
Edit: found this answer.
And another question. Did mastery somehow become important for combat rogues? I keep seeing a ton of the higher end rogues on my server capping themselves on haste around 2600 and then putting everything into mastery.
In case anyone else is running into trouble after trying to update today:
If you're using the x64 client, you'll need to delete the x64 files, re-run Launcher.exe to perform a file repair and update, then download the new 4.3.3 x64 client.

Yeah, I believe haste is still king (except for hit/expertise to caps), I am finding more mastery on my gear lately because I am getting more items with haste in the item budget already (close to BIS for normals, got like one heroic item), and that means I am needing to reforge to mastery.
It might have something to do with the Main Gauche effect on energy regen, but I haven't read about it yet.
How the fuck do you return the enemy flag in Battleground?
Is there a macro you can spam to click it faster than your teammate, or my latency just suck?
Edit
Sorry, wrong forum.

What is the best Heroic order? Easiest to hardest I mean. We've been pugging 2-3 people every week while gearing out friends for core spots, and barely downed Madness this week with 2 pugs and a friend in blues that we're gearing. He got super lucky, wearing several blues and having sword drop off madness for his ret pally. With us being able to barely get madness down this week, are there any heroics we are capable of doing? We still have a guy who is still in a couple blues, who wont be by next raid, but we still may have to pug 1-2 people. A healer and ranged dps.

Morchok > Yorsahj > Ultrax > Hagara > Zonozz > Blachthorn
Personally, I found ultrax easier if you have the dps and healing. Yorsahj required more playing around
Concerning Rogue trinkets: I picked up the normal Vial of Shadows and Starcatcher Compass. I also have Kiroptyric Sigil and Arrow of Time. Lootrank is telling me for a Combat Rogue that both the Sigil and Arrow are better than even the heroic Vial. While I was under the assumption that it was at least 2nd BiS after the Wrath of the Unchaining Variants(none of which I have yet).
So my question: Is the Vial really that poor for Rogue and I was wrong all this time? Obviously Lootrank uses implied EP values, and without inputting my own it'll be off, just threw me for a loop seeing it that way.
Edit: Shadowcraft shows the Vial to be where I had thought it was. Here's my Rogue's armory, just in case. http://us.battle.net/wow/en/characte...r/Clemz/simple
Some numbers:
Vial/Compass - 32999 DPS
Sigil/Compass - 32585 DPS
Arrow/Compass - 32540 DPS
yeah not so good for combat, but it is bis for sub
