I asked the same question for my hunter last week, but ended up testing it anyway. If you know the stats weight, it's pretty easy to compare the "proc damage" you see using recount (it was around 4% of my dps) to whatever the other trinkets offer.

The damage increase I was getting on recount always seemed higher than what I was getting from the theorycraft.

I've heard of people saying they sell TK mount, and now that I know I can solo it I want to do this weekly too.

But how exactly do I go about it? Loot master obviously and a willing buyer, but if he stays in raid while I fight Kael'thas won't be become MC'd or possibly me? or can he hide? Maybe after I pull he can continuously jump off the ledge until he dies? <_<

Also, how will another persons presence affect the fight?

How much you selling it for? I'm thinking of 100k at least but there's always the prick wants to start an arguement with me lol, I could ignore him but he can possibly persistant by creating 100 alts.

Otherwise my plan was the same -- have the buyer die before Phase 4 starts at least

Of course, chances of it dropping are slim/etc, if he refuses to show me the money before going and it does drop, I just loot it to myself and laugh at him as I destroy it.

Not a hunter but I would think the proc on the weapon would outweigh 150~ crit and a bit of agility/DPS? That's how I see it anyway. I think Odon/Gulk mentioned the proc was retarded somewhere a few pages back though.

Aww shit, I need to try that after I get a blood set together. Is it possible to solo horsemen as blood? o_O

You have to swap back and forth between being next to the back two and kill the front two first. You don't need a blood set really, the most damage comes from marks and that goes away if you kill them faster

Actually, there's a little trick I found browsing youtube which makes 25 horsemen more intense, but easier. In the packs after Gothik, are "Death knight" mobs, they cast Hysteria on friendly targets, including bosses. Buff takes 1% of each bosses HP/sec but will consequently gain 40% attack boost, or something close to that. I used the two in the pack just outside the room, and snuck past the other packs incase I failed the first time.

The fight is entirely possible without this "cheat", but it's there.

And yeah Stig, i'd love to team up with you. Not sure what for! but I'm good for anything you want help with lol

Less people, the greater chance you having at getting an item. The fight is pretty easy and I know you can do it with really low heals if done right.

20man means you can run it with 2 of each class, similar to BH10 unique runs. You can 13-15man it realistically, but this gives everyone a better shot at their gear.
