How are people gem/enchanting for pvp these days? I remember reading here after the pvp stat change at 85, that you were pretty much best off jamming pvp gems into every slot imaginable since point for point, pvp power did far more damage than any other stat. Is this still the case?

WTF quest chain did I miss that makes the middle zone (Kun-Lai?) phase in so there are more than just refugees on the roads? Flying over I see other phases and mining points, but then they phase out. The whole zone is empty and I have quests that say they turn in there, but the NPC isn't marked because I don't have it phased right...

You should have gotten a quest in Four Winds to go to the Stairs. Once there, do a couple local quests, get a quest from the ferry-man and take his boat to binan village. That's the first hub of kun-lai, opens up all the others.

you don't actually have to do the little side quests there technically, you can just grab the boat quest and go through

Ok I found it. I had to do some quests in Kun Lei to get a cs where the doors to the middle valley zone open involving the celestials. I originally jumped the wall to get in XD

anybody know shit about lua or any good resources?

I want a mod that tells me if I already have a pet/mount or not, since the new system broke the fuck out of that detection. Pretty sure it should be simple enough I could do it if I just had a clue wtf I was doing lol.

Like as in the tooltip where it says "already known"? I know of a few addons for pet/mount management, but nothing that can unfuck what blizzard broke.

Random question: What are some of the better battle pets to go for? I know the sheep can be good at high level, and I've seen my wife's Lil Deathwing rip shit in half with elementium bolt. But is there anything else that really stands out as being really good, especially at lower levels?

Also: For stampede, what would be an optimal layout for pvp? Since they do all use their respective abilities, I'd imagine there's a decent setup for stacking a bunch of debuffs on the target to blow them apart in no time at all. Right now I'm just running 5x spirit beasts since 5x Spirit Mend is fuckin' sweet (I read that it's getting nerfed to 75% heal effect soon).

Where are people finding the most profit from their farms? It is so far not worth it to convert vegetables to ironpaw tokens (meat/fish are quicker), and banquets don't sell. All I'm doing now is planting scallions/cabbage for the agi/str foods.

I've been plating songbell seeds, and creating LW armor kits from them. On Stormrage they sell for 2-3k each, and they only take a single spirit.

I too am making barrels of cash from retards who are purchasing all these overpriced vegetables and I love it. Effortless way of making gold. Fish also have a high sale price atm.

This is about a 300g profit on my server per stack of turtle meat/redbelly mandarin, but it's a lot of flying around to do the soy sauce conversions.

Anyone know if there is going to be another Annual Pass incentive? Last year was a mount and D3. They will start expiring soon and I have no intention to keep playing once mine is up... unless they give out the new SC or something...

No, I don't even play the first one. I don't know what, but they would have to have a great giveaway to make me sign up for another AP.

Honest question here, why can't Blizzard nerf classes based on what they get benefit wise from PvP power/defense? Obviously not nerfing them so far that PvE gear benefits them more in pvp, but balancing out each class with a certain % and then adjusting those %'s accordingly. It would have no impact on pve because it's a pure pvp stat, so you won't have classes saying "OMG YOU TOOK XX ABILITY AND NERFED IT!!! HOW WILL I BEAT RAID BOSS YY".
