No i havent done it at 90 yet, just wanted to avoid any major fuckups if possible.

The hardest part is by far p3 (the one with all of them active). If you don't separate them well enough or kill fast enough they'll start chain-ccing you and can potentially kill you. Keep in mind that since the raid entry requirement nerf (or maybe even before that, I'm not sure), the doors lock so you can't do the kite-to-entrance strategy anymore.

But yeh plow I gave a detailed explaination because for someone unused to the fight it might prove to be better until more experience is gained. wiping to the boss 10 minutes in is rather annoying lol

yeah just saying you haven't needed to use the entire instance for a long time, you could just do it in that room as long as you can kill the mage fast

Has anyone here done the GG Engineering fight in Brawlers Guild as a hunter? I'm doing the strat people say to do, but the fucking thing just won't target me with the rockets, and therefore won't damage the other boss.

This fight is really starting to piss me off too, since I've "killed" them 3 times now, and one time it even said I won (then I died), which made me fight them again.

Edit: nvm, finally had some good RNG with rockets and got it down. At rank 8 now, oh joy.

Not true, I still run out and kite the dudes to the entrance.

The doors don't lock until the first one becomes active. So you just need to run out during his speech.

I stand corrected. Granted, I never killed Kael solo at 85 when it was absolutely necessary to pull them out, so I wasn't aware of the time frame. Nowadays it's definitely not needed but it can help a lot if you don't have a lot of burst for p3. Dealing with Capernian's conflag on top of the Remote Toy stun and fear makes the fight a huge headache.

It hasn't been necessary to pull them out since 80.

Just went in yesterday having never actually done it solo and just did what Plow said last page, didn't have any problems what so ever, granted i am a DK so it kind of is ezmode and on the note of soloing old content done BT last night aswell, im assuming they nerfed that aswell with 5.1 coz i just breezed through there no trouble well almost no trouble, nearly killed myself on RoS but noticed just in time to save it from a wipe lol

The only parts of BT that were nerfed in 5.1 are RoS's spirit shock, it got a 15 second CD so she will no longer spam it even if you fuck up and miss the interrupt and Naj'entus' shield doesn't heal as much or last as long. The rest of it has been that easy forever.

Which quests/zone can I do to raise my rep to minimise the dailies I need to do for all other factions?

Klaxxi in Dread Wastes, Shado-Pan in Townlong. You're SoL on the others; there are no normal quests to raise reputation.

Haven't played since before the release of Dragon Soul and LFR. I didn't read up much on the changes to various stuff with MoP like rep gain.

I'm a Horde paladin, holy main spec and retribution off spec, with blacksmith, jewelcraft and cooking. Started playing a week ago and just got to 90. Not looking to seriously raid yet, just LFR in the mean time. Not sure where to start with reputations and stuff. Where should I begin?

I know I need to work on the enchants and stuff, but until I get better lasting gear, just gonna stick some left over enchants from previous expansion.

By the way, I got a dedicated miner in a DK alt, tailor and enchanting on a mage alt, and alchemy and herbalist in a druid.

You pretty much can start on all reps at once if you want, every reps have its own benefits/gears. Starting reps should be Golden Lotus + Klaxxi + Tillers + whatever operation rep thats for horde @ krasarang.
