Honestly not sure i'll ever do hardcore pve again in a MMO, I want to..but I dont want to put in the time or deal with idiots.

I regret giving up on cutting edge pve. While the game felt like work and took up most of my time when I was chasing firsts, playing casual now with friends really is hit or miss. When shit doesn't die, and you see so many people ahead of you, it starts to sting. We've cut down to raiding 2 days a week, 3 hours per, and half the time someone doesn't show up and we have to pug. That pretty much negates our chances at heroics most of the time because the person missing is almost always a healer or a tank.

I don't miss raiding 5+ days a week, but raiding 1-2 days really fucking sucks. I'm hoping mystic raiding and the wonderfulness of a 20man changes some things.

Oh it pisses me off trying to play casual, because i'm still in a hardcore mindset. I min/max a lot of my stats, research my shit for pve/pve, macro tons of things to make the most and then when we fail, it pisses me off to see people sucking ass at things that shouldn't be that hard. "Really, you couldn't get out of the fucking giant beam??????!!!!!"

Honestly with crossrealm raiding, I feel like I might get into it again. I'm on Moon guard, so the playerbase is mostly shit other then assholes I don't want to deal with anymore, friends that play casual now, and then a few decent people scattered across tons of guilds.

I find it ridiculously difficult to play casual after all those years in XI and then Rift going for server firsts and top numbers, but i'm really trying. People are way too apathetic in this game though, puging wise. I wanna strangle people when they say "oh it's just lfr or it's just flex". I don't buy that difficulty or the lack there of should exclude players from performing.

We're currently undergoing the transition to 25-man in preparation to pare down to 20 for WoD. We do have very high expectations for level of play, though.

I don't feel like questing through mop - What's the quickest way to get my 85 to 90? Power leveling is doubtful.

I think timeless isle slugs and monkey runs got nerfed.

Thinking of getting my lock or mage to 90 from 85 cause I'm getting scared of what warrior looks like in WoD, might play caster this time around.

There's always the paid 90 boost. Not sure if it's worth $60 to gain 5 levels but it's there.

Using the boost on a 60+ character gets some other bonuses, and you get a free one with WoD prepurchase, if you didn't catch it.

If you boost a level-60 or higher character, you’ll also get an extra bonus: both of your Primary Professions will be bumped up to 600, so you’ll be an instant pro at your chosen callings. If you’re boosting an existing character and want to change professions, just make sure you train the professions you want before you apply the boost. Also, if you’re not quite level 60 yet (but thiiiiiiis close), you might want to consider holding on to your boost token until you earn those last couple of levels—your boost will still be waiting for you when you’re ready.

Also, I didn't know you can buy the boosts separately too.

but seriously, panda leveling at this point is not that bad at all; do some quests, do some dungeons, do some pvp, do some pet battles, fuck do some mining or something lol

It's getting through Jade Forest that's tedious, after that it's better, probably because you're not pigeonholed into one area.

They're all tedious after the first time. Only Valley and Dread Wastes hold any interest for grinding up my alts anymore, and that's for lore reasons (defense of Stoneplow, Paragons of the Klaxxi).

Valley is my favorite zone in Pandaria, for sure. Kun'lai is the worst.

Dread Wastes is okay but it was a lot better to finish that zone with flying for Loremaster purposes. Too many impassable hills that drove me fucking nuts.

Think I am on my 9th time through MoP and it's slightly less of a cunt with the EXP changes, managed to fly through it on my Druid because it had like 2 years of rested to speed it up by a good chunk. I'm trying to get all classes to 90 at the moment, just as something to do in this content drought and as a personal goal. If you wanted to speed things up further you could camp the rare for the 300% EXP bonus, I've killed it loads and never seen it drop and apparantely it's suppose to be common so I gave up. Just Shaman and Paladin left D:

Any of you guys aware of an addon that lets me search my entire inventory though all characters? I'm fucking sure my Heirlooms keep disappearing. I remember having way more than I have now. I have a recollection of picking up that BoA sword in Dreadwastes, but I cannot find it for shit.

I have BankItems which lets you look at what's in your bank and all of your toons' banks, but you'll have to log into every toon after you load it in and go through and open up your bank on every toon for it to know what you have first. Which is as easy as clicking on the bank NPC and hitting B to open every bag but if you have a bunch of toons it'll take a while.

Altoholic also lets you do that (though you basically have to do the same thing), I like Altoholic because it has a lot more features that I find to be very useful.

None that I know of that you wouldn't have to go to every toon anyway in order for the search to work.
