so, I'm using Dotimers on my warlock and I like what it does but something really urks me. You can see I have it set to show right about my hp bar, with the targets name, and the cooldowns of my pet above the pets bar. Now, whenever I add more dot's onto the target the addon moves down, ontop of my hp bar! (picture shows the problem) Does anyone know how I can make it not move at all and only compile the list of dots upwards from a fixed location, so it wont move down overtop of my bars?

I don't know how to make those grow in a different direction but I will suggest using Satrina Buffs instead, sorry if that's not incredibly helpful but after trying like every timer under the sun including DoTtimer I have come to believe SB is the most simple and comprehensive one out there.

Jintu: You can make DoTimer grow up instead of down. I don't have access to the game to explicitly say where, but just check the config for it. I know it's possible, I do it. Nameplate is at the bottom and timers grow upward.

I think their ilvls were high, how much hp did they have for it? Mine with mishmash 10man naxx / 25 man ulduar gear is at 1.6m on seige engines

There are multiple addons and filters and ways to hide people's Achievements from popping up in my chat log - but is there a way to hide the announcement of my OWN achievements from guild, etc?

One of my guildies have the most annoying f'in addon that spams congratulations every goddamn time someone achieves something (which in turn alerts other guildies, who congratulate out of politeness), and it's grating on my nerves - I really don't need congratulated 15 times for reaching level 20 on my alt char.

Tell them to take that lame shit add on off, I hate that shit, we had some en wguy join our guild and he wouldnt turn it off, so he was kicked. We've kicked 3 people now for that add on and new people are warned not to use it.

For some reason, I can't remember specifically which scenario it is, but I'm fairly certain it's either:

1. The charge you for *a* month. Instead of billing you on the 1st of every month no matter how much you use, they'll charge you every 30 days after you sign up.

2. They pro-rate the remainder of the month you signed up. If you're 2/3 of the way through May, they only charge you for 1/3 of the monthly fee.

Why does the alliance have a huge boner about attacking the barrens? Every time i'm leveling a character through there theres always some retard killing npcs. And every time, within minutes they're smacked down by one of us. Is there some alliance quest there, or is it really that boring on the other side?

Shit happens. People are dicks + people become dicks when they retaliate = get used to your quest NPCs being constantly dead from 1-60. When I leveled my priest there was never a time (and I leveled him at odd hours) where I wouldn't see 'Astranaar is under attack!' or 'Chillwind Camp is under attack!'

Your only defense is to level as quickly as possible and move on to outland, where the griefers are few and far between. At least when they come back to Northrend you can count on the people running heroics nearby to come and help out.

To be fair, chillwind was probably some unknowing lowbie wandering too far up the coast, or the quest at The Bulwark

I'll pvp in defense only, or in For the Horde raids (QQ 3/4, Ironforge only one left and can't get another group )...I've seen plenty of fishermen behind the mage building or such, and I'll target them and give em a /lick just to rattle their cage but I leave em alone. Attack my cities and I'll camp you until you give up though.
