Oh bleh, I guess I got notes for different things mixed up. I thought for sure that was one of the things they added to the actual game. Thanks for their names.

They did add it, people's names were showing up colored all the time in trade chat. Usually I have to see them/shift click their name to get the info before prat adds it. It was on by default when I logged in.

Best spec for PvE DKs right now? Blood or Frost? just getting around to playing my DK again, looking as to which way might be the best to go, im in mostly heroic items so gear definitly isnt the deciding factor on this.

What's really needed to be a T8/9 tank? I'd like to confidently be able to say "I can tank adds" or whatever for fights where we have to pinch hit an extra or if someone can't show.

My armory (sig v) currently has my tank gear, but being a bear you have to do a little math to see my actual tank stats -- if I guesstimate I think what you see there translates to 38k health, 29k armor, and ~36% dodge all self buffed (also of note: Essence of Gossamer is going away in a week when the Faire comes around, I have a nobles deck coming for that). Idol+Mongoose proc takes Dodge to 40%.

It's got some uld pieces but also still has some 200s, just makes me nervous to step up and say "I can do it" if I really can't.

small question, I know blizz never gives dates but have they given any clue when they're allowing that side changing option (horde to alliance and vise versa)? I plan on switching my shaman over and I'm kinda wondering when that can happen.

Just did naxx 25 for the first time and got a bandit's insignia. I'm a rogue and already have a mirror of truth and darkmoon card greatness. Greatness is best for pve and I'm thinking that mirror would also be better than bandits in pve. I don't really know which 1 of those 3 trinkets would be best for pvp (I only do bg's) to go along with the 190atk cc breaking trinket that is required. Since I'm a rogue I don't do much sustained fights (Ie: im thinking the internal cd's on either trinkets will be available when I choose to engage someone) so it seems like the most bursty one would be best and that seems like either mirror or bandit's but I don't know what would be best.

I'm not able to post on wow boards for some login reason so I guess I'm asking here.

yes, you can get the set bonus from those, the initial naming part is just a guide of the ilevel of it. as long as it is part of the set i.e. terrorblade you get the bonus wether is heroes/valourous/conquerer's

Both can be perfectly viable at the moment; it's really up to you to make the decision. I'm blood and love it, but I know a frost DK who can put out simila numbers with similar gear. It's pretty well balanced.

Martin Thunder afaik was never given to a player accidentally to abuse.

Probably not, depends on what you want to do. If its high end endgame you might be SoL till the next expansion.

What are your goals in particular? Do you know someone actively playing now that can RaF you to level cap in a hurry? If you started today and hit 80 by end of next week you could grind heroics for a while and get some Ulduar runs in but after that you might lose momentum unless you're in a guild that can advance you to Call of the Crusader hard modes.

Even if you don't intend to raid find someone to enroll you in RaF. The benefits are too damn nice and it does get the levelling part of the game out of the way in a serious hurry.
