In high school where I grew up, it was just as much or more often the cowboy/shitkicker kids starting fights as the ghetto/jocky kids. I used to live in Fort Worth, and I swear almost every show of COPS was filmed there. Fort Worth has tons of meth eatting shit kicking white retards, that made great TV. Just miles away was Dallas, where tons of crack smoking, wannabe gangstas live, that made great TV.
