Both of those questions could be seen as a waste of time. For AV, it's been played out in question making so much from NA, they typically avoid it, outside of what happened when Ruke's LS did the 18 hour thing. As for Apkallu, it's just a cryptic understanding of how he pops, but they gave us a hint, be it workable or not.

All I'm saying is that we won't get much info about either (especially AV lol).

[Blah, read a little more and I see it's been covered in a more tidy manner.] Just understand that SE is for the most part a team of people that tend to lack hindsight with some of their creations (see Kings, Pankration, Ballista/Brenner, Garrison, etc). Also with an assortment of small things that took them a long time to fix or implement. Asking some questions like how to pop this, or kill that will only lead to something of what my sig says below.
