Rage has applied to our LS on Ramuh. He's indicated that he's in NotedLS. Expressed concerns that he does not like the HNMLSs on Fairy and wishes to join a established one another server. Any info would be helpful.

I joined BG because I wanted to say this.

Before I moved to my last server before I ended up leaving the game, I had the pleasure of knowing Rage. To me, he seemed very headstrong, very arrogant and always 'had to be the boss'. He was also an FFXI-App user as detailed here before me, and he did quite a bit more than he'll admit to.

can i ask who you are cause i dont know of anyone by the name of rensho. and i did more than i admit? ok to clear things up for khalil, lets see i had ffxiapp back in april or may of 2006, i didnt do any end game stuff until july of 2007 when i joined noted, so 1. how can i be a notorious botter when none of eden even knew me and i didnt even do any HNMs, amylea, and also your own leader mefya was on that list and 2. lets see all i used ffxiapp for was the PL bot and the fishing thing, but i actually didnt use the fishing thing for very long. as for being arrogant and being the boss im far from that. yes there were some personal issues between myself and a couple notedls sacks buts thats between us.

Well, everyone knew you real fast when you started rounding up all those aery and dominion claims. Also; Mefya is not Eden's leader, and whether or not he's on that list isn't relevant to this thread at all.

I don't really know you that well (personally), I know you once passed back a KV ED stole when it flashed yellow, which is pretty nice I guess, but denying you botted is just ludicrous. I don't really know this LS's back ground but hey, it might even help your chances getting in!

insurrection bots anyway, also, heres my response for the 5 insurrection members about to say they don't: prove it. i was on fairy for all of 6 months and rage seemed like a cool enough dude, his ls was pretty fucking terrible so the competent players stood out, from seeing him around at camps and khim/cerb i'd have to vouch for him there

Having had Rage in our LS has had a lot of good and bad times. We were warned of his attitude at first but never really knew how extreme it could be until we started interacting with him at events. I'll just simply list what he brought to the LS in terms of the good and the bad.

The good:
-Active member, won't skip events
-Hardcore camper, whether it be on Rage or his other characters
-Above average player in terms of gear and skill
-Decent knowledge on strats and the works of events

The bad:
-Attitude. People might think of this as something minor but he has the capability to frustrate and belittle you or other members.
-Stubborn. He can be very stubborn when you explain rules or the reason(s) for certain decisions. He is also the type that will speak his mind by either trying to override the present leader/sackholder's decision or picking on certain people whom he does not feel deserve to receive X item or stay in the LS.

I think that's about it and I know he can get along well with certain people but I'd be incline to say a good portion does not get along with him. In the end, it all depends on whether his active personality will outweigh the bad.

I won't deny that I'm not 100% sure that every single member in my LS may bot but accusing 5 of botting and knowing for sure, all I can say is; can you prove it?

From my understanding, Rage is known for botting and for a bad attitude of belittling people. Was the form of belittling towards anyone who sucked @ their job or just those he didn't like?

I think generally it was more from dealing with rival shells more then anything. I never knew enough of Rage to care either way other then to laugh once at him accusing Bloodred of botting an NQ Behemoth in say when people knew Rage was already on the ffxiapp list. Oh and as much as I'd like to disagree with Amy, he's telling the truth about Rage's claim rate in DA was pretty high when he showed up. He wasn't as good as Ashy who most people in Fairy knew he botted but that's neither here nor there.

Personality wise I never knew him so I can't say yay or nay but I'm going with Ryuushin's post more then anything seeing as well... he's Ryuushin and you can't go wrong with a taru.

Rage.. Rage can be your best friend or your worst nemesis. I had the pleasure to meet both sides.

Rage was a valuable member to our LS camping wise and yes, his performance was better than other players I would say, but some events made me change my view about wanting him back into NotED (back when there was a thread on our forums with a poll if we should let him back in). I'll just write some stories that pop up right in my head when I hear "Rage".

First story is a bad one. We did sea and we were popping Prudence. Rage was 1 of our 2 WHMs and after the first one died people went afk since we had to wait for the ??? to repop. So after it repopped a 3rd WHM came out, but Rage was still afk, so we remove Rage from ally and get the other WHM in to move on fast. So after we killed it at the end we had a few deaths and Rage comes back (not sure if he came back before or just at the end). Rage was all mad that we had him removed from the ally and warped instead of helping with Raises. Sure it was just some raises, but if you have to raise a bunch of people, it's gonna start taking a long time and there was nothing fancy like /SCH for half cast/recast time.
So I send Rage a tell asking why he warped and didn't help with raises and well he was mad that he got replaced while people wanted to move on fast. After a while we're both going on in tells and he tells me to "Go fuck yourself you nazi son of a bitch", which was a pretty good one since im german.

Anyways, that was my first bad story with Rage. I had him blisted and ignored on POL for a while, but took him off blist after 1-2 weeks cuz I could always get some good chuckles out of him starting something in LS.

I read his app on your forums and I did read his explanation about how he got his Ace's. That was one of the good memories I have with Rage. He camped our LS a shitton of KV's. At the point where he got it for his underlvled DRK, everyone believed that he had earned it more than ours. I don't see why exactly he's calling the rule "you camp it, you get it" stupid, or else he wouldn't have gotten it, but oh well. He did camp alot of those for us and I was also lucky enough to get my helm because of Rage. So there's a good story.

Now what annoyed me the most EVER tho.
After Rage was booted from NotED he was starting up his own little Ouryu/Baha2 group to have people use the orbs they get in ENMs without having to sell to HNMs or having to join HNMs, was mainly people that weren't interested in joining endgame I believe. He asked me if I wanted to join them and help them out, which I did every sunday. It was pretty fun, I got Bahamuth Mask from them (thanks alot again), but then I don't know what really happend. I guess Rage had a problem with a certain WHM in the group and after he used his/her orb to pop Ouryu, he didn't want to use his/hers for Baha2 after. He just wanted to have the next person take us into Ouryu. Now I'm also not sure how this was all related to the WHM, but Rage had a Cashmere Thread of Blista (I'll just name the person or else it gets too confusing) and refused to trade it back until the WHM apologized for god knows what. So Rage "punished" someone who had completely -nothing- to do with the WHM just to spite him/her because he/she actually cares. The thread is still in Rage's possession. I guess it's "just" a thread, compared to K. Club and other stories like that it's nothing, but it's about the principle.

Rage can be a good member in attendance/performing, but if he doesn't like you he WILL fuck you over and believe me, Rage always finds something to not like you for. He might be ok or good with you for a while, but then you get the whole load.

I think you're confusing my LS with another LS by the same on a different server. We're on Ramuh. I'm aware of another Insurrection on Leviathan or something.

Im the "whm" in her story Jayn

Her story is accurate about the Ouryu/V2 event...Rage and I were doing that together every Sunday until last week. My rl husband and I also were doing salvage with him and some friends on Saturday and Sunday nights.

Long story short:

Saturday husband and I had rl (Baby shower for his co-workers wife), it ran a lot later than expected and we missed salvage.

I log in Sunday morning to messages ppl sent asking why rage is telling them we are not doing my monarch orb (Which was actually a split orb between me and 3 other ppl doing V2 static). I tell them to ignore him and set up parties and have people gather like usual and are otw to V2 and Rage apparently logs in and starts sending tells to ppl saying we aren’t doing V2 and to change and get ready for ouryu (We are already in Site B in alliance) so I apologize to everyone and we do the fight. The whole day I get spammed with tells from him calling me b*tch and selfish blah blah because we missed salvage? I have screenshots ofc.. (3 other people missed that night also without notice and one actually logged out in the middle of it because of him cussing at everyone the whole time).

He told people that is was a "personal vendetta" when asked why he was causing problems for me doing V2.

I really could care less about what he tried to do to me, its just a game but taking blistas cashmere thread and trying to say its because I need to apologize and then jumps servers? Ijdk...

I've had a good talk with Rage just now but even before that i could have seen ppl jumping the gun a little :/
I don't really know the guy so i have absolutely nothing to say about him as a person/player. Although the dmg has been done when ppl said he was stealing my thread, you can scratch the thread drama out of the picture unless you wish to think otherwise. BUT in my opinion you can scratch it...

So.. short story is, we did baha and we both had threads so i sent him mine to be synth'd, a 3rd was needed and synther blabla so it wasnt´made instantly. Then the drama hit between rage and jayn, and I being nervous about my belongins like any1 would, i talked casually to rage and had barely mentioned my thread when he says "im not doin anything until jayn apologises" then it would appear he went afk and our next few tells seemed afkish and not focused on the subject of my thread, and im confused if that "im not doin anything" part was including my thread.
After that im rarely online and i told my friends 'bout our talk but not to read too much into it cus i was not takin it to srsly.
Then it would appear ppl paniced when he applied to another server and told the thread story when I hadn't even had a good conversation with him.
So to sum up, we talked good earlier and sorted it out np, he was very nice to me. And though ppl are free to believe w/e they want from this story, if he was true or false, bad or good, he did show good character to me and i'd like to end this thread story ;D

Rage is a good player at all his jobs from my experience with him he is willing to do pretty much anything he has to. Low manning limbus runs to duoing cassie he figures out how to get it done with the group he's got.
