Hottest thing ever. Its too bad I work in a law office. No gang banging. Just married attorneys sleeping with other men in the office after having a few at team building exercises (aka happy hour.)
At least I have that.

At first I thought I misread the sentence and it was 20 different people. So yeah, that guy is a closet-homosexual and is just suing because something deeper inside the kitchen is happening. A love-decagon of epic homo proportions?
Reminds me of the movie Waiting...
just alot crazier and gayer. It's one thing to show your balls to other men as a joke, but ball on ball hazing is too rapist.
I can't believe this kind of shit happens in my home state.
I think that might be just a tad different... Situation-wise.
For a second I forgot about the restaurant and thought to myself "holy shit working at a cheesecake factory would be the best thing ever."
You are right. Not going to argue something I know nothing about, there are obviously situations where running from the problem wouldn't work.
What fear? That he couldn't find another job if he so happened to quit after the first incident?
The two situations are COMPLETELY different, to compare the broken trust and instilled fear that would come in a father/daughter relationship to a bunch of dudes who barely know each other doing questionably gay shit is insulting. The guy needed to grow some balls and just quit.
He probably figured they would stop after about the 13th or 14th time.
I'm seriously just amazed at all the "outrage" you see in other threads but most everyone is perfectly OK with this and thinks the dude had it coming, must be a closet gay, and loved having it done to him.
As I said, if this had been a woman you'd see different reactions.
And you're deluded if you think fear doesn't play a major factor in all sex crimes...
He is a guy, he should act like one..
And guys =/= girl, so stop waving this argument like it was a scientific fact.
If you believe guys and girls be treated exactly the same when it come to sexuality, try to explain the porn industry, and the amount of women trying to rape men.
I don't really feel pity for the guy (beyond the first time) unless he somehow thought it was impossible for him to get another job for some reasons. I doubt it's case. He has every right to sue their asses, but if he is an idiot for going back for more.
