Sadly, I already addressed this one line under the one you quoted. Someone could consider this an annoyance, without fearing it. He went back knowing the risk, but decided it was worth it. And where do rights play into this at all? My point was about public perception...rights and the law never played into any of this. It's obviously illegal regardless of his gender.

It never was a loop. Logically speaking the argument is a straight line with a conclusion. Otherwise we could say the same thing about "He liked it" or any other number of reasons.
