Am I doing something wrong, or does this shit doesn't have a cross hairs? I mean there is one that pops while one shoots, but really?

I've played it for no more than 30 min and I hate this shit. Although LP2 is a coop online I tried it and loved it, controls are responsive, shit's faster, etc. etc.

O for cover, L1 to come out of cover to shoot. You should only really not be using L1 if A) You're shooting blind fire while someone is rushing you, or B) you have the shotgun or the shotgun-esque pistole.

The controls may seem wonky and foreign, but that it is because most levels allow platforming to be integrated into the shooting gameplay.

My cousin found the controls unresponsive, but when I watched him play it I kept telling myself and him, "You're doing it wrong." If you've played in a lot of multiplayer games, chances are someone has recorded a session onto your PS3. Go to Cinema and watch someone else play.. I watched Kloudstryfe play and not only was it hilarious, it was informative.

I guess it makes sense though, I think Gears of War 2 (which some say is similar in controls to Uncharted) has the worst controls of any shooter ever--but that's because I'm not used to it, and I hate that fucking game.

Follow what was said above, sounds like you were running around shooting blind which w/o the two aforementioned guns would make it seem like shit. When aiming with L1 it might seem a little slow at first but once you get Fleet Foot as a booster it makes a big difference. Also if you click in the right thumbstick I believe it is it will allow you too zoom in further depending on the gun. Aiming is really good and precise esp. from behind cover, if you never played Uncharted 1 give yourself some time to get used to the controls, they really work well.

Also to make throwing grenade's easier when you are holding L1 to aim you can throw a grenade by pushing L2 it will throw the grenade whever your reticle is pointed.

I let my buddy play on snipers, and I've never been more entertained as a spectator for a shooting game. It was pretty intense (he's never played Uncharted before, but I game him the jist). The one thing I didn't like about the shooting was that bullets travel slow (just as Uncharted 1) but it got annoying when you had a guy in your scopes and he rolls away several times as you unload a clip.

Yeah I'm kinda leaning towards not touching the demo anymore I don't want to spoil myself online just yet. Demon's soul and sigma 2 will keep me busy until release of this.

Was playing the online for an hour today, and I have to say, this is actually a lot of fun....

Like a faster paced Gears of War with more movement (my main beef with that game, it's too.....clunky). That objective competitive mode is awesome, especially if you coordinate with team members.

Being able to toss the treasure around is brilliant. With some coordination you can get that thing to the goal in no time with some clever exploitation of the second floor buildings.


The only thing I could really ask for is a quick 180-turn button for the camera. Hard to check behind you when moving in a particular direction.
