There's a little disclaimer that tells you it's full of spoilers, but I skipped right past that, and saw some pictures that ruined what I imagine is a pretty big plot point concerning that little weird creature you meet in the television, d'oh.

So yeah, the art book is definitely not spoiler-free - browse it at your own risk.

Ok, I have a question, I havent had a chance to play any of the games from the series, but I really wanted to try 4, could I just jump into it right away, or do I need to play the prior titles.

They are almost unconnected, there are a few references to P3 in P4 but nothing you need to have played P3 to understand. In fact, it would probably work nearly as well playing P4 first and going back to P3.

Each installment is its own game, story, world, etc. so you can just jump right into 4.

However, I urge you to play Persona 3:FES.. that game is just amazing.

Meteora-Yeah, over 2 hours before the first fight lol, but then again it jumps right into a succession of battles where in P3 it took like an hour~ to get to the automatic first persona fight, and then you didn't get to fight again until Tartarus... so basically it takes about the same time.

Just beat the first boss, the new boss theme is awesome.

I hope you guys are playing on Expert, P3 was pretty easy on Normal (excluding taking on Nyx when you're completely underleveled like I was >.>) and I took out that first boss without too much trouble (some blocking, some potions, Rakukaja but nothing huge..)

I can't remember if P3 had this option, but you can choose to give direct orders to your teammates now (as in, actually control them like you control the MC)... it's pretty nice for certain scenarios.

Just beat the 2nd boss, still not as tough as The Answer was. Good story so far.

I'm liking it so far, chose "expert" too. Oh, too bad Elizabeth is not back.

I forgot how annoying this game can be lol... dying 1 floor away from the boss level truly sucks.

You know the music's really good, another reason why I decided to continue w/ P4, however, idk, P3 is above this one, for now...

Regarding voice acting, the new actors can't touch the voices of: Yukari, Jumpei, Akihiko, and Mitsuru. Also, for some reason I hate how the English voice actors pronounce the Japanese names, probably because Spanish-speaking people pronounce them correctly ;x

Is there no option for JP voices? I probably won't have a problem with the English voices, only 4kids seem to do really horrible dubs.
