Question regarding POL cd keys

Having an account since NA release, many people must have lost their cd keys by now or misplaced the original book somewhere. Having said that, i hear SE is pretty anal about resetting pw changes or helping out with your account if it either got compromised or something bad happened.

Just to be aware, is there any work around this so far if such a thing should happen? I mean if we can only provide all our original account info minus the cd keys do they still usually give you a pass by or are we pretty much wasting our time.

Yeah, depends who you get, but generally, no youre screwed.
You need original keys, and the original billing address. So if you moved 5 times, and dont remember the original address, thats another thing theyll get you for.

But you may get lucky and get someone who just doesnt care.

i have the original address and all, just the cd keys that im sure most ppl dont have in possession, they should really do something regarding the policy on that.
