No. Dont even spec into that.

I usually go.

Sap > Cold Blood > Premeditation > Shadow Step > Ambush > Backstab > Eviserate. Typically if someone lives through that, one more backstab or vanish > ambush will finish them off.

Anyone know a good video editing program so I can get these clips uploaded?

I know not to spec into hemo for pvp, but think you mixed up your order. Shadowdance>sstep>ambush maybe? And you can do more than 1 ambush after ShD if I remember correctly.

How about HaT pve? Fist/Dagger or does Dagger/Dagger work for that at all? I've seen the specs online for it, but it's pretty much spam evis, rupture/hemo once in a while right? One spec I saw had imp Ambush in it, is that used at all? Think it's decent dps in a 10man as only rogue? Or is a MUST to be in a 25man or have at least a 2nd rogue involved? Just looking to play around with something different other than mute once in a while.

For HaT pve, Fist/Dagger. I wouldn't spec into Hemo either. HaT is trash DPS if there isn't a second rogue in your raid. I'd stick with Mutilate or Combat.

Does a mace work for HaT spec in either PVE or PVP, any use for a mace at all in anything? Picked up Maexxna's Femur and am debating DEing but if it could actually be used for something I'll use it...

not for hat. I don't think you can get deep enough into the combat tree for the 5% crit bonus for maces, whereas you can with daggers/fists. Remember, HAT also is factored by your crits as well, so you'll be wanting crit as well. Honestly two fast daggers/fists is what you want since you ideally want to be spamming eviscerate which does not factor weapon damage in, so between eviscerates when you swing, you'll be wanting to get as many potential wound poison procs off as you can.

Respected Mutilate last night. Did 4117 dps on Patchwerk then picked up Webbed Death. What really pisses me off is that Silent Cursader dropped, and I lost the roll. That sword is the entire reason I respected Mutilate. Oh well, I suppose It'll work out in the long run.

Don't forget the fact that HaT is currently bugged, and is going to be fixed/nerfed at some point. It's kinda silly how much damage HaT rogues can put out atm (ours are doing ~7k on pwerk).
