genbu's kabuto vs askar zuchetto for steel cyclone

i know heca cap destroys both of these, unfortunately, i don't have one. i've been using optical hat because lack of options. now, i can use askar zuchetto or genbu's kabuto.

basically +15 to 50% mod
or
3atk, 3acc, slight crit+ from 4 dex, +8 to 50% mod.
