I own five guns and want to sell three of them. The two that I want to keep should cover any hunting that I want to do. If I'm solo, I'm usually using a bow anyways. I still hunt birds, but I only need one shotgun for that.

I'm wondering how to go about selling these guns. There doesn't seem to be any rules for selling guns between private citizens. I just want to know what I can do to cover my ass if some nut decides to shoot up his workplace somewhere down the line. What type of information should I gather from someone that buys a gun from me? Is writing up a bill of sale and getting a signature enough? Should I be doing anything else?

I don't even know how to ask this but here goes; I've known this girl for a long time now and we've been really good friends; you know the kind where if you don't talk for a while you can still pick up where you left off. She's currently with this guy whom she had a kid but is unhappy in the relationship and right now she has been cheating on him with her assistant manager at work. I'm morally objected to this not because she's cheating but because the guy she is cheating on her b/f with is married with a child of his own and she talks with his wife on a fairly regular basis. I've let her know my honest opinions of it and she respects what i think. My question is what should i do. Should i totally ruin a friendship and possibly at least 4 people's lives based on my moral objection to her situation or do i just keep the secret and continue as if she never told me? Also just a quick mention i'm in love with her but have never told her how i feel.

I think it depends on what state you are in. Some states private sales are illegal completely iirc and in some states you have to fill out paperwork for private sales, and still in others private sales are completely unregulated (Nevada).

Don't get involved, plain and simple. If you love her and want to chance putting yourself out there, then go ahead and tell her, but screwing up her already screwed up situation more doesn't help any one at all.

Asked this in buy/sell thread, but this might get more hits. I just want an xbox360 that will run halo reach, what is the basic setup I will need? What are the differences between Xbox Elite, pro and arcade? For just playing Reach, how big should my HDD be? It is usually a safe bet to buy a used xbox, or should I suck it up and get a new one?

Salt N' Pepa said it right: It's none of yo bizniz... I THINK you were asking if you should tell on her but I'd say don't get involved. It isn't worth what you pay in the end, to be honest. If someone asks you flat out, you don't have to lie (since you don't owe anyone anything), but going around and telling people about it will not win you any favours... especially from this girl you 'love'. If you don't like it, tell her not to talk to you about it.

I don't understand the question, you know every xbox 360 can run the same games right? If you're talking about future content, and needing the memory for it, then any xbox360 except the arcade will suffice, but the more memory you have the better off you'll be when it comes to buying arcade titles, downloading movies, etc. I have the original 20gb xbox, never rrod'd on me, but the small storage capacity is a constant problem with me.

If you have an HDTV, and you buy a used 360, make sure you get one with an HDMI port since some of the older models won't have that in it. However, I'd honestly just pick up an elite/slim model for the extra storage capacity and cool black color. The only exception to this is if you want to mod your 360 (which I doubt you would), in which case I don't know if you can mod all the newer 360. Admittedly, I don't know much about modding, but if that's not your scene, then any 360 with a lot of HDD space is the way to go.

That description doesn't say how much memory it has, but if it has a lot of storage then last thing I'd check is return policy or warrenty. Xbox 360s are notorious for breaking, and you don't want a 200 dollar paper weight in the future. Any warranty over 1 year should be ok, obviously new xboxs have a longer one.

Depends on state, and city law. Best bet is to call your local PD, and ask them.

Ehh for 200 bucks it's a good deal, and seeing as i never had a problem with my original 360 I'd get it. I'd even say that since its refurbished, chances are better that it woont randomly rrod on you. Do itttt.
