Asked long ago, but a good IRC host for D&D? Needs to allow a Dice Bot. Would use Gamesurge but account registration seems down.

I've never run it, but I've played games using OpenRPG, dunno if that works for you
Maybe more suited for a full thread, but hopefully it can be answered in a post or two. Does anyone know what the new insurance laws are since their revision that happened with Obama? The reason I ask is my wife's father's insurance through is new job are refusing to insure her since her mom slipped that I have insurance (adding my wife cuts out roughly 1/2 my paycheck so we were waiting to add her until the new year), but my I had thought my HR rep had said when I first got this job her parents insurance were required by law to carry her until 26 if they opted to. Now I wouldn't think my HR rep would be wrong on this, so how does my wife's parents get around this when they keep refusing, saying they don't have to cover her? Do I go to my HR rep to have this sorted, or is it something her parents have to fight?
Usually this wouldn't be a big deal since the time she would be uninsured would only be 3 months, but she's having horrible shoulder pains to the extent I think she may have seriously damaged something and she's got a few doctor's appointments that are going to be rather costly without it.
Can someone explain the Encyclopeida Dramatica and Oh Internet drama to me in a less satirical way then whats actually on Encyclopeida Dramatica?
From what I understand, ED somehow offended the person who owned their domain name, created Oh Internet in its place, left ED high and dry, and ED ended up moving to the .ch domain they have now. You probably managed to glean all that from what's on there though.
Where can I buy some low low socks that won't show even when I'm wearing slip on Vans? Even the lowest ankle socks come up to far on the top of my foot. I don't want to look like a goof but I also don't want my Vans to smell bad.
normal socks + scissors + needle + thread
The "no-sock" look looks better. Sorry if that is hard to comprehend.
H&M sells footsies
Moreso an opinion...
I feel like I'm starting to catch a cold, and my birthday is next week, and Friends want to go out tonight. Do I go out, and run the risk of the cold getting worse (no one wants to be sick on their birthday), or should I take it easy and rid of cold asap?
Take shots, a night of heavy liquor always clears up the onset of a cold for me.
I've had good results with Zicam. Zinc it up!
What movie is this from?

I want to think it's Citizen Kane, but I'm blanking on what part it's from...
I am looking for a website I used to read ages ago but cannot remember it and search is failing. It is basically a site where you ask some guy (and his team)... pretty much anything and he investigates it. Apparently it was a from a newpaper in the 70s and he does one every week and has em archived. It's not snopes, it has a ton of random crazy stuff. Any ideas?
Yes, Citizen Kane. He basically forces his wife to perform in this huge opera hall he built for her, and she sucks ass at singing, and this clapping is at the end of her horrendous performance. Once again highlighting his stubbornness, he claps as loud/forcefully as possible.

Uh, I don't think he was forcing her to perform, rather that she wanted to be in theater and so he did all this for her only to find out she is TERRIBLE at it. But his pride and stubbornness wouldn't let him simply walk away ashamed or let him feel like he wasted all that effort, so he very loudly claps to try and incite the crowd into also applauding.
