Yeah I got it to tide me over until I could finish Gaelic. I use Gaelic a lot, but I got the final form of the Chameleos LS yesterday, and I think I'm going to try that one out on a few missions. Still can't get any of the elders to drop the fucking big jewels that I need to finish the Daora LS or Toughril Beg though. -_-

You should get on Kai, that's generally where all of the best hunters congregate to play. I've finished Final Invitation in around 10 minutes with a few good players. You can generally find people playing on 2G to open some of the quests that are not out as downloads yet too, which is nice. You need either a Planex adapter or a Wifi Max to play, but they're not very expensive, and there are really good tutorials on setting it all up on the Xlink forums.

Unlocked HR6 Fatalis a little while ago. I didn't realize how awesome SnS can be until I did some of the trainings. It made Rajang a total puss with sleep bombing. Kinda want to try and burn the rest of the Special Trainings to get the Sword Saint Piercing but some of them are gonna suck hard. More an annoyance than difficulty anyway, fuck Cephadrome and Plesioth.

Now that you mention it, I haven't unlocked the regular Fatalis... I don't remember if I need that one in order to unlock White and Crimson Fatalis, which drop the items I need for my Peerless. I DL them for 2ndG as event quests. And Kia, do you have access to G rank Rajangs?

I'm still HR7, so no Rajang. I have the Urgent open to get HR8 but haven't got around to it yet. I see random ass info for unlocking White/Crimson Fatalis everywhere. I'm pretty sure you don't have to unlock the regular one to get White or Crimson. But I believe you have to kill Black atleast once to get them, I can always initiate it if you need it and don't feel like doing the trainings though.

Meteora found a Rajang in HR9 for HR4's and above. I did a couple with him yesterday...Fuck that bull. When he goes Super Saiyan mode I get one-shotted if I'm even brushed.

Stay away from him!!! Leach the materials!

My biggest problem with Rajang is getting people to attack the head enough to break both horns before it dies.

Rob 'Em Blind is amazing on my Felyne. Gets me all sorts of goodies from Wyverns.

Rob em from behind it's pretty cool, I use that along with clairvoyance and demon flute. And Jay, that Rajang was G6, the G9 versions leave me @ 5-10% health from 150% Sometimes I get oneshotted too, maybe because they strike a critical ;x

It's a pretty safe fight if you're not trying to break his horn atleast. Hitting him from his right is almost always safe other than the jump to the side which does almost nothing. I'd hate to fight him if he had a broken ass hitbox on his attacks like Plessie.

HR9 is G***. I just made the ghetto-est bow set ever. It surprisingly looks quite good together though.

Bow looks pretty lame, but oh well. Gonna need to make up something better soon though, need a 3 slot bow to keep high grade earplug. Doesn't really matter for now, since I only plan to use it on Basario and Gravios for the most part, and it's a great water bow anyway, but if I wanna use my Akantor Bow or anything I'll lose it.

Yeah, stay to his right to avoid the first hit of the attack where he moves forward punching. Attacking the arms a lot helps too, because he's pretty easy to trip up. In HR9 singles, they never turn black anymore either, it's either gold or hueg and glowing gold. It's pretty fun to just grabs some traps and a pair of ice element duals and just shred him in the face over and over. Almost no point in fighting Rajang and not getting both horn breaks though.

Bow is for more of a skirmish distance, just outside of tailswipe range. And Grav and Blos both have long range roars.

I suppose I better not get hit then! It's mostly just temporary, not really comfortable with farming G rank stuff solo yet so I just made up whatever I could to get earplugs whilst keeping my barrage piercing on. The bow set I was using before had even less def than this did, so it's a step up atleast. Only thing I'm really worried about is beamsweep spam. I think I'm comfortable enough to fight Basarios and Grav without being in range of their other attacks unless they hit me with that shit.

The first Red Khezu I killed was with a water bow and used the terrain to my advantage... I was standing on a ledge and I thought I was safe from his jump, but no, fucker one-shoted me >_>

Hah. I tried to do a high rank Green Plesioth with Howard using my Rajang Barrage (<3 rapid fire Crags), abused the ledge inside and was absolutely raping him. Then I went a little too close to the ledge and his tail whip one shot me. I knew using my previous gunner armour was a terrible, terrible idea after that.

Just tried the G** (HR8 atm, so no HR9 quests >:) 'Multiple Basarios' quest and managed to kill two of them in a little under 30 minutes with one death. Rage beamsweep did a little over half my health (at 140 HP), so it's not too bad. Only got one wing drop though, need 2 for my Atlantica. Such a pimp looking LS.
