Just one. The debuff given by the two guardians before Anub'Arak in Azjol-Nerub. We let them stack until we got so tiny we could hardly see ourselves. XD

I cannot remember which one, but there is also a daily quest in Scholarzin Basin that sends you off Nesingwary base camp. The brew that is invovled in the quest lets you get bigger when you drink. It stacks by quite a lot, can get taller than the tallest tree in the basin.
