Not sure what you meant, but there's a link with some info on the raptor nests. They're 4-6 hour respawns with 100% chance to give their respective hatchling. Believe there are 4 in total that come from nests. The only nest I didn't get was in Wetlands. I started in Barrens and flew south to Un'goro picking them up.

Mostly just for getting to the 50 companion achievement. That and they are kind of cute.

I haven't seen raptor nests since fucking 4.0, someones been raping them on the other faction I believe. Had all of them down on lock at one point.

I did a search on the AH for pets just to see what I could buy and that's how I found out about them. Someone on the Horde side must camp the heck out of them because there were atleast 3-5 of each up. Determined to get them all, including the dropped ones. Already did a 5x run through Wailing Cavern's Raptors in attempts to get that one.

Too bad my luck for Time-Lost Proto Drake and Gondria isn't there. Been checking them multiple times a day since I started playing again last week.

Yeah, but I checked many times and never saw more than 1. I didn't know they were based on a time though, so I guess that could explain it on a less populated server.

I'm not sure if the 4-6 hours thing is true, just something I read in one of the comments on one of the nests. I was honestly surprised when I saw the first one in Barrens. Freaking happy when I got the second. Then "holyshitwtf" at the third. I think I used up all my luck for the year in one day...

I dont think its that rare. My wife left a character logged out near the nest spawns and checked it 2-3 times a day, over the course of a week had all 10 of her characters sporting the hatchling.

I just didn't expect to get all three of them in a row. Maybe over the course of a day or two, just not 1-2-3 done.

I love how they wander around then leap at you.

raptors were such a HUGE income for me. sold over 300 of those little wonders. Gogo having a ton of alts lol. 2k/each at their introduction, still got 300-600 each before i took a break at icecrown's introduction.

Installation is about as easy as it gets.

My pets action bar is in some awful spot, how would I go about moving it?

Check whatever action bar addon its using and find it in the interface tab. Theres usually a button to configure bars, or unlock them to move them around.

I tried lookin for it, but nothing seems to work. Now my recount is stuck in the middle of the screen and everything looks bad. GDI

Type /bartender to bring up the bar addon. Then under the main menu, unclick the "lock action bars" button and move the pet bar wherever you want.

To move the various backgrounds you just have the move the addon in question and the background will adjust with it. For grid for instance just open grid options, unlock grid and move it where you want it. Same thing for the Chat box and Recount. As for making them bigger I would guess if you adjust the size of the addon the back ground changes as well although I haven't actually tried that.
