Enjoyed the demo, enjoyed looking at it more, I've seen that level so many times in previews, heh.
Also found a whole lot of new picks from the MP, looks really good, there's about 40 of them. Ve3tro, Killzone 2, New Multiplayer Shots

I found the controls a bit off when I started too, I'm used to really accurate controls like in Halo 3, so I tried upping the sensitivity alot. That seemed to do it, on my second playthrough I was starting to get used to it, so that's what I'm expecting will happen when I get the game.
Is anyone pre-ordering at this point? I don't think the lines will be too long, and haven't seen any great bonuses for doing so.
I played the beta for a 5 weeks and then played the demo and still never noticed this little thing until it was pointed out on the internet, I don't mind and still don't care.
As for pre-ordering the game, I'm not going to do it, there's a store near my area that breaks street dates all the time, so I'll probably have the game a couple days before it's even released.

Got some good new for ya Priran and the other people complaining about the lag.
Seems it's demo only issue and won't be in the full game.

If there is a heaven, they don't have review scores in it.
From what I understand there was some confusion on the GG Devs part as to what people were really complaining about, it seemed like they thought people were complaining about the "weight" to the game, that's the part that was intended, always has been.
They looked into it a little more which is why it took so long to really respond, whether it's BS or not I don't care now I just want the game.
Speaking of the game, here's a little video explaining how the MP will work for those interested. Quick Look: Killzone 2 Multiplayer - giantbomb.com Videos
The crazy lag is just one facet of what I think are wrong with the controls. The main problem is the obscene amount of inertia or whatever you have to overcome just to turn around. I find it fucking intolerable.
Killzone was the shizzle
I'd like review scores to be out of 4 stars, simply rating the experience the review had. If the game has production values out the wazoo and polished, well tested gameplay, it's hard to give the game under an 8. It's a lot easier to give such a game 2/4 stars if, despite all that, the game failed to entertain you. You play the games for the experience you get from the games but reviewers tend to shy away from that and instead judge the game based on bullet points.
But I'm sure Killzone 2 won't have those kinds of problems.
This is sitting at my local Meijer shelves for sell. Customer came in today and mentioned they broke the street date. Sure enough they had 5 copies left when I went over to check. Too bad I don't have a ps3 anymore. Just posting this, wondering if we will see a sooner release then the 27th.
Mother fucking gimme
Guess I'll have to start making some phone calls then, I'm sure I'll find one store in my area breaking street date.
I break street dates all the time...for myself lol. Fuck the world, I need experience online before the rest.
I heard the hit detection sucked balls, T/F?
Socom followed the same path, requiring a full clip to drop someone was complete balls, if this game is similar my interest level is gonna take a hit.
lol, not sure where you heard that, but if it's taking you a whole clip to kill someone you need to work on that.
Aiming does wonders I find.
