Aiming does wonders I find.

Yea, aiming at someone, seeing the crosshair turn red and blood smears on their back, and them running away into the sunset is a product of bad aiming.

Make a European Playstation account (just make a new profile and Register for PSN, set country as some European country that speaks English), and you can DL the Killzone demo for free. Can't change the difficulty on the demo, but its at like Normal or whatever, 1 notch above easy is. Took about a burst or two of fire to kill someone, kinda reminded me of how many shots it takes to kill someone in Bad Company.

After carefully looking into this, reading the posts, talking to a lot of you directly and analysing the controls at GG we have come to the conclusion that there are no changes required to the system. If at all, any changes to the controls would put the majority of people who have not had problems or have adapted out of whack, which may be more serious. Killzone 2 is a weighty, slower, more tactical first person experience that focuses on immersion. It is not a twitchy, split-second gun-wielding experience like some shooters.

Looks like I won't be buying this, oh well.

it's so immersive all I had to do was play the demo and I was immediately immersed in the killzone 2 forum asking them what the hell they were thinking.

If it works on a level then it doesn't suck. I prefer a game do something on its own successfully than try to be like everything else. Not that appealing to this demographic is new.

I didnt play Resistance 1 either but I got resistance 2 and loved that. Anyone able to tell me what I can expect from a Killzone game? :3 (cant go rent Killzone 1 either, none of my hollywood videos have it).
