Swap the Homam legs for I.R., feet for Shield Bewts, ear2 for Ethereal, ring2 for Sattva, and I'm still not ready to go after an Avalon, so Haub/Af+1/I.R. if they release it soon, and Joytoy/Terror, will be basically my Pld at 75 atm.

Sattva was like that slutty ex-gf you can't leave alone for me. Went from rajas > sattva > rajas > sattva> rajas. Loved tanking so much, but ya, in the end, it's just not as useful as tamas/rajas.

I've had Rajas for like 3 years now, grabbed Sattva as sort of a guarantee to myself that I wouldn't get distracted from Paladin... plus it's sexy leveling with it.

You know, I've had Sattva ring since I finished CoP looooooong ago, and never looked back... until now - Rajas seems like such a good ring, but I really like PLD =(

I have like, the standard endgame PLD gear for the most part, just missing small upgrades, like Hades Earring+1, and Kaman +1 >.>

I have tons of other DD's lvl'd also, I just feel like I'd make much more use out of Rajas than Sattva? or am I wrong?

I pretty much feel the same way that I miss my Sattva, but Rajas benefits my DD jobs far more than basically just 1 more enmity on PLD.

Idle in haste & acc. swap rings for Toreador's ideally, Blood/Iota/Ulth work for starters, back for Cuch and use Suppa over Buckler earring if you have it.

And this is why there's such a lack of competent mages in end-game. Sorry, 30 hp->mp is not equal (or even close to) 5 INT/MND, 30 mp and -3 enmity. The MP is the LEAST useful part of a Tamas Ring. If you want to compare something to it, try Omega/Trooper's combo, but that's not quite as good either since you could use those in the other slot if you had a Tamas. It's hands-down the best mage ring around, and you should be cheering on anyone who actually cares enough about their mage jobs to optimize and not go "Lawl I has Rajas for my NIN cuz I like it moar then RDM".

That said, I actually have a Rajas at the moment because I need a few hundred merits and prefer getting them on SAM, which is arguably the job that benefits the most from Rajas. I like it because it lets me keep my 6-hit and use dusk gloves, but it doesn't really fundamentally change how I play SAM or drastically increase my WS damage. It's nice, but not the amazing game-changing ring that a lot of people make it out to be. You can bet money that about 10 minutes after I finish the merits I have planned, it'll be on the ground and I'll be counting down the days until I can get my Tamas back.
