Icing on the cake.
Icing on the cake.
For people watching the UGA game, I can't think of any possible reason why our punter didn't kick the ball. For those that didn't watch, our punter went to kick the ball and he just stopped during mid-kick. He then got tackled and we gave them great position. I can't wrap my head around why the idiot didn't kick it....
Sorry Miz, looks like another W for the Dawgs.
Woo, half an hour before the rose bowl! Hopefully it will be a good game.
I hope so too. I hope it's not a blowout, and for some reason, I sense it won't be. USC's been getting so much hype (much like the Rose Bowl when they lost to Texas) and people have said Penn State is gonna get blown out. Now I think PSU could actually win this game.
Also, this Nebraska/Clemson game is pretty damn good.
And no.... ECU vs Kentucky is at 5PM EST tomorrow >.>
The MSU/Georgia game was closer than expected, mostly because GA decided not to get off the bus til after half-time.
Yeah I have USC at 27 points, I'm kinda wishing I'd at least gone low confidence if not taken the risk on Penn State.
Fortunately for my pick-em, however, it is still Pete Carroll.
Not if you're a big 12 fan! lol...Also, this Nebraska/Clemson game is pretty damn good.
Nebraska is dominating this game in every way shape and form, Clemson should not be in it at all.
edit: lolbig12defense
also, incredibly random, but fucking lol @ CBS following Nebraska/Clemson with Oprah.
LOL "Penn State could potentially be fined up to $10,000 for not doing the scheduled interview, but apparently Joe Paterno just doesn't care..."
I love jopa
It was probably a good $10,000 decision; there was entirely too much bullshit talk about JoPa being on the sideline or in the box. I can understand him being fed up with it.
Man this is some good football right here.
This Penn State drive is impressive.. they need to answer with 7 here, cause I doubt they're going to be picking apart USC's defense for too many more sustained drives.
ok, fuck my pickem, FUCKIN GO STATE
Penn State is hanging tough. They definitely look like they belong in USC's league compared to previous few Rose Bowls when the Big Ten teams looking overmatched.
I wanna see a reporter approach JoePa after the game, and ask him how being called an underdog and all that shit affected the game...
And him to say "Do you really think we give a shit about what people who are so obsessed with themselves that their first question is what affect did they have on the game they had nothing to do with are saying?"
I mean, I can deal with the media having a darling... but when it gets to the point where the talk isn't even about the game, but about what effect they themselves are having on the game by picking a side... and that happens like every time there's an underdog... the shit's retarded.
/vent off, back to ZOMG GO STATE
It's the first quarter, we haven't even seen a semblance of how this game will ultimately turn out.
Evan Royster being out is going to hurt the fuck out of State.
Well, now it's looking like USC can do whatever they want on offense...
Well, McKnight is out for the game too now, but I think it's fair to say that they have much much more depth at that position. When a star offensive player goes down for them, I doubt they'll mentally fold up like some teams would!
