Just did a Regime 4 in the dunes at lvl 25, I had to kill 5 damselflies and 3 snippers. Once I killed the last mob, I got 525 xp/gil and 52 tabs. A Regime 5 gave me 550/550/55. Most likely regime 3 would give, 500/500/50, regime 2 475/475/47 and regime 1, 450/450/45.

At the field manual you can trade in your tabs for some bonuses, such as:
A warp back to your home nation: 50 tabs
a reraise effect: 10 tabs
A regen effect of 1/tic, duration 1hr: 20 tabs
a refresh effect of 1/tic, duration 1hr: 20 tabs
a protect effect: 15 tabs
a shell effect: 15 tabs
"dried meat" food effect: 50 tabs - Attack +21.5% (64+ cap), 30 min duration, stays on after zoning/changing jobs
"salted fish" food effect: 50 tabs (presumably defense boost)
"hard cookie" food effect: 50 tabs (presumably int+ boost, or mp regen while healing?)
"instant noodles" food effect: 50 tabs (presumably acc. boost)

At the field manual you can trade in tabs for a warp back to your home nation for 50 tabs, a regen effect or refresh effect for 20, a reraise for 10, a protect or shell for 15 I think it was, and some misc. food effects for 50, possibly one for attack, accuracy or defense.

Edit: I got the regen effect, it's been on for 10 minutes and counting, giving 1hp/tic.

Did you get exp for each kill too?

You have to don't you? I thought I remembered reading that the enemies must yield EXP for them to count.

Yeah, I got standard mob exp for each kill, and it didn't really take too long.. maybe 10 mins? Since it was only 8 mobs and they were EP/DC, they went down fairly quick. I was also doing this solo, I'm not sure if the amount of mobs needed to be killed or the reward at the end changes/increases with a larger party.

Alright, I just completed my first Fields of Valor regimen on my Pup. Here's how it works.

1: Find a field manual in one of the zones SE listed. Usually right by the OP.

2: Select "Read about individual Training." You have 5 pages each of varying difficulty (Page 1 being the lower levels, 5 being the higher.) Each page has a mission to go kill X amount of Y.

3: Go kill X amount of Y, each time you kill a mob you get a counter in your chat log telling you how many you killed. Mobs must con EP for them to count as a legit kill to this counter.

4: Once you completed this task, you instantly get XP, gil and Tags. No need to run back to the book.

Valkrum Dunes: Page 5 Task: Kill 4 Damselfys, and 4 Sheep. Recommended Level 21-23.

Accomplished on level 26 PUP.

Things Tags can be used for: Select "Read about field support."

50 tags: Teleport to home nation
10: Reraise
20: Regen
20: Refresh
15: Protect
15: Shell
Food effects for 50 tags each
Dried Meat, Salted Fish, Hard Cookie, Instant Noodles.

Going to run more tests when the day changes, I'll keep everyone posted.

Looks like you need to kill EP+ mobs. TWs don't count.

Normal exp mobs, my polearm is capped so unsure but 90% positive you can gonna try one of the tougher Bubu Pages.

Yeah you can get skillups as long as the mobs you are fighting would give you skillups... you don't really get any special icon that says you are participating, just a counter shows in the log, like "You have defeated a training regime target. (Progress: 1/3)" and stuff.

Edit: I know this 'cause I got a couple guard skillups during FoV session.

Do you have the option to cap your level like assault? If not, you can level sync? Low level BLU Bludgeon spamming would be fun to do again.

Nope, you can't cap your level but I suppose level sync would work. As far as I know, highest recommended level is 52(xarcabard)

Stays on even if you zone. Died, zoned back to Beaucedine and I still have the same progress as before I died

FoV regen still on past the 30 minute mark.. could last a full hour, which is incredible for the measly 20 tabs it costs. Hoping refresh is the same duration.
