Anyone else notice that this is EXACTLY the way xp works in WoW?

1. Get quest to kill X number of mobs
2. Kill X number of mobs
3. Get X while killing each mob
4. Get Y amount of xp for killing all X mobs

Got salted fish or w/e for my paladin. Def with protect was 100.. at lvl11. I guess it's 20%+ boost, didn't notice what my def was before taking the food so don't know for sure

Just Did xarc page six: gigas x6 4xeye 2xskele, took a bit on my rdm 50. 1050 exp around the same gil and i think 100 tabs or so.

It's exactly the type of questing that should have been in FFXI from day one simply based on the fact it's an MMO.

I'm pretty disappointed that 75s can't do this. I know we have campaign and all but campaign can be a pain sometimes waiting for mobs. Also SE said this would be something to do while you don't have a lot of time. Guess I can pickup my dragoon again. How high can this go? Into lv60s?

75s would use and abuse the living FUCK out of this system to the point there would be nothing left for low levels (again.) It's good 75s can't use this system, maybe down the road in other areas (as they explained) but it was designed for low levels..75s have tons of things they can do already..let low levels have something for once >.>

So far it goes till at least the mid ish40s (icelands)
