It was supposed to be ready for this update but got delayed.

The introduction of the new "Moblin Maze Mongers" system originally scheduled for this version update has been delayed due to extension of the QA period. The specific release schedule will be announced on Topics as soon as it is decided.

There was a miscommunication about units and the first tunnel bored up under the ocean rather then in the jeuno chocobo stables. They have sealed up the tunnel, but there is much renovating needing to be done prior to official release.

All in all they are only about 2.8 million gil in the hole from damages.
