Goddamn, a lot of games have terrible endings.
Here we talk about them, maybe even boast claims of games with the WORST ending ever.
Maybe use spoilers?
I am throwing out Fallout 3. Probably not the worst ending ever, but worst in awhile for me.

Digital Devil Saga 2, after the epic fucking ending from the first game... this game just disappoints so horribly.
I can't really think of that many games with bad ending rights now because I am thinking of too many with good. ><
Fable-fucking-II
Peter Molyneux can lick the harriest part of my taint for a) not giving the player the kill-shot and a chance for revenge against your antagonist, and b) for making the player choose between three severely limited "rewards" from a source of power that could grant any wish and desire, including all three of the choices and more.
Worst ending, eh?
Since I just played it recently and it's fresh in my mind, Infinite Undiscovery could've ended the game a lot better. It was cheesy and gave absolutely no explanation (you know what I'm talking about if you beat it..) as to how the main character is in that place all of a sudden.
Just meh.
Soul Calibur 4. Every ending is the worst ending ever.
Grandia Series?
"Grandia II" and "Grandia III" had good endings in my opinion. In general, I've felt the Grandia series offers up more closure than too many RPGs.
"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" on the NES is the first horrible ending I can remember. Older games with things like "Congratulations!" or repeating levels didn't really count, since you didn't play them for the ending. Considering that TMNT was hard as balls, though, it could have provided something a little less insulting.
I liked Grandia I's ending, it tied things up nicely. I think Parasite Eve's "true" ending is one of the worst for me.
To be honest, I don't remember the ending of the original "Grandia," but considering the amount of loving care that goes into those RPGs, I am sure I loved it at the time.

Bioshock
the last 1/10th of Indigo Prophecy was retarded
FFXII
Most cliché, hackneyed shit ever. MGS2's ending was less of a disappointment.
I guess I'd have to settle for Fallout 3 because that is the only game in recent memory with a bad ending. Grr, pisses me off just to think of it.
I hated Fable 2. Fucking have this climax that builds up with all hope being lost. You rush in the meet the final protagonist as he's sucking the power out of the other three heros. And fucking Mr. Skill guy ends up killing him with one fucking bullet.
Fuck you peter.
Fuck you.
Star Ocean 3, not so much the 'ending' as the twist.
Also the SC4 comment was spot on, that was some weak shit. Favorite was Zasalamel's, when he's just walkin' around in a suit, what the lol.
Spore
You go through dozens of enemy systems into the middle of the galaxy to get a staff with limited uses that can do something you already can, just a little faster? I wantet god-like super powers to raid the galaxy, not this shit. What a let down.
Fallout3
Ending was just boring, even though that part with the big robot was pretty fun to watch.
Mana Khemia...wtf at all the endings.
The only good ending is the "bad" one.
