While I was farming the feet, I put on the hands to test the spikes. I got hit 77 times and the spikes proc'd 4 times. I know thats not much info, but thats all I was able to do atm

I saw quite a bit more than 4/77, sometimes it'd proc twice in the same fight.

I never did get the hands last night. 8 hours of farming (alone in the zone, woo!) then suddenly three other farmers showed up, so I left. BD doesn't have enough mobs to support that.

Yeah, BD seems to have enough mobs to only support like 2-3 people. Any more than that and there is heavy competion for pops, and thats just wrong... >_>

Very wrong. I wish they had made them from Beau instead. Plenty of mobs there. Not to mention, perhaps slight money drops. What'd I walk out of BD with after 8 hours of farming? A couple stacks of bat wings and bat fangs. Oh and one coeurl hide. Blah.

I'm very wrong, or the very shitty setup for getting the Gothic Sabatons is very wrong?

When I was farming there with a partner, we were ok with just the two of us. Bceause of the runtime between the differant major mob repop locations, mobs would usually be repoping as we got there. Once a 3rd friend came to tag along, we started having to wait for pops. With three lesser geared people it might not be a problem though... Xarcabard wasn't a problem at all. As long as multiple people wern't camping the same location, all was good. I choose to hang around the Shadow Dragon area. I probably made about 15K just killing that damn thing, and I even got a crappy brown chest off of him once too.

In addition, I suggest heavy drinking and some music to make getting the Gothic Sabatons less of a pain in the ass and almost enjoyable.

Took me like 90 minutes to finally get a locked crate in BD, but when I did I got Gothic Sabatons 1/1. Hands, however, took me a bit longer...was like my 3rd trip, and had a few locked crates without 'em, and a bunch more that I failed to open (stupid hints only narrowing it so far).

Got the boots on first chest...on 3rd or 4th time to BD to get em. One thing I have to say is what an awkward model. They look great on their own but look really out of place with any pants I had on hand to try em with. They half-cover the kneepads on crimson cuisses, look disproportionate with drk jse, so bad you actually notice how much better most previous models "fit" with each other. Still glad to have them, just found it odd how much they literally stick out. Here's to hoping they make some pants/body/hat to go with em.

Done something like 8 hours in Xarc now, and about 6 in BD, but I keep getting discouraged when I show up to BD and there are FOUR OR FIVE MOTHERFUCKERS RAPEFUCKING THE ZONE!

Yeah Max there's 4 people in BD at the moment and it's really grating my balls as they're all partied up, yet have the nerve tell me off in /say for killing two mobs at the same time on PUP. It's like, you have 4 people jesus christ.

I've soloed Thief from 22-27 in Pashhow Marshlands solely on leeches and a handful of goobs and have not gotten a Wurger yet. Maybe failed to guess the combination twice
