Terrell Owens is a terrible teammate. I said that in one of these threads and someone jumped down my throat talking about how he just didn't mesh with Garcia and "Dunovan" but how he did with Romo. I think its funny how he complains about Witten having more receptions then him, but TO has more passes thrown to him than Witten. Why is it Romo's fault TO drops passes? I wonder if TO has just now realized Roy Williams was brought in to replace him.

Exactly lol. Ignorance truly is bliss. This is blasphemy for me, but I actually like Roy Williams, despite him playing at lolUT and now for the Cowboys. I actually hope he rips shit up once they dump TO.

according to witten and newman who were both all over the media this morning TO actually hasnt said a single word about this. it also became known that it was jason garrett calling all the meetings with the receivers. Clarence Hill, the reporter in dallas who "broke" the story by claiming TO called the meeting with the receivers on Thursday had to go back on his statement, the meeting was actually called on Monday.

Ed Werder quoted more of his 'anonymous sources' (bringing the total to 5) this morning saying that defensive players want to see TO get the ball more, and its not actually TO doing all the talking. good shit, keep waiting for that blow up miz, its gotta come sooner or later right? i mean he's only on his third year with the team.

whats the source on that? everything ive heard said garrett called the meeting to get them on the same page and explain there is no room for error. between ed werder and terence newman both this morning they said its defensive players complaining about TO not getting the rock and blaming the coaches. no one has really even mentioned witten besides ESPN, even witten this morning in an interview said there is no problem there.

I would think it would be a good idea if the WRs had a problem, that maybe Romo should be there in the meeting? If I was Romo, and heard there was a meeting with WRs and the OC, I would have crashed it and sat in on it.

i think if there were a real problem romo definitely would have been in there, witten to. hence the meeting not being about that, it was probably about stupid route adjustments they made which turn into interceptions. 90% of this is just ed werder creating a pissing contest and then changing his story every time he is on the air.

Where there is smoke, there is fire. He has a track record of this his entire career, EVERYWHERE he has been. I will stick to my guns and believe this is spin control. Paint him as mother mary as you wish, there is still more to this than meets the eye.

If they miss the playoffs let us see what happens then. He gets more and more irate with each passing game they lose.

To be fair Tyven, there's rarely, if ever, smoke and no fire when it comes to cowboy controversies. I'd put a stake in this being somewhat accurate.

Plus, everyone knows Romo would not say a word. He is not verbal or confrontational with anyone. I doubt he would create a media storm by pulling a Keyshawn or a Sapp and start shit in the public eye like that.

its not spin control when defensive players are openly coming out and saying TO needs to get the ball. im sure the controversy is there, im just not sure if TO is the root of it. seriously all there is to go on are a bunch of anonymous reports from ed werder and a misinformed article from clarence hill. the practice is open to the media, you figure they would report on it and notice if there was any ill will going on, but all reports say everyone is laughing and whooping it up and business as usual.

edit: and to miz for TO's track record - TO hasnt called his qb a faggot or out of shape yet, and he also hasnt beaten the shit out of a teammate or done sit ups in the drive way... you keep your fingers crossed though bra
