I used to live in Houston when I was a kid. I lived in Fondren Apartments on Fondren Road. Man that shit was Ghetto. When the playground is made out of only concrete(so nobody could steal anything) then you know you in the hood. Even the slide and tubes were concrete. And it only snowed once in 1985.
