Mercury, eight years old and still my baby.

And we got kittens, which he is pretty cool with now and they've started playing together. Celene is crashed right out but Eos is the one in front giving the evil eye.

Can't get photos of them playing together, they move too fast, but here's everybody hanging out in the cat tree!

We used to have a pony when I was little named Toughy, he was a pain in the ass. Would buck us off, bite us and chase us around lol, but anywho, got a new kitten the other day cept she is really stinky, as in farting a lot. Pretty sure it is her food, but does anyone know of a good brand to get her? Or should I get her just canned food?
Unfortunately you're just doing to have to go with trial and error. I have a cat that has a very sensitive stomach, and I had to try a ton of different brands and flavors. I found friskies seafood blend was her favorite and didn't cause her any issues. It comes in a purple colored bag, and it's fairly reasonable. You could also go to pet stores and get the natural brands, they cost a bit more, but they're better for your cat. There are also sensitive stomach formulas from science diet that are formulated just for that. Only use wet food as a last resort, as it can cause big weight gain in cats.

On the other hand, I've had wet food only recommended to me by people with animal health training, because it's better for staying hydrated. Just means you need to manage their food more carefully. And I find Wellness brand wet food is basically the only thing that doesn't make Mercury sick. He used to throw up his fancy all-natural dry food all the time.

I'd get a grain free dry food for a cat if possible. I use Merrick's Before Grain, but there's lots of them out there. My cat also gets at least one can of wet food per day. I think cats tend not to drink enough water naturally which is why so many die of renal failure as they get older.

I tried to nap Sunday but Arya kicked me off the pillow. She sleeps by my head and this time she just completely booted me off.

7 months old in a few days. Still a gigantic puff of fur but her face (which you can't see) looks more like a grown up kitty now.

Figured this seems like the right thread to ask, since I'm including a sad picture of my pet.

What I've read online, its not serious, but how much should I expect the vet to charge to fix it?

Uh, a little clarification would help.

Did one of its nails break?

I think that happens every now and again with dew claws. They're useless and can get caught and tear like that. I'd have the vet remove it. No idea on cost.

If it is hanging like a tooth would hang on a piece of your gum, you can try to remove it yourself. Use neosporin or triple A cream for a couple days after. Shouldn't need a vet visit unless it is pouring blood.

Yeah, that's a big bummer I'm waiting for my dog's dew claw to get snagged on something when she fucks around jumping on/off the bed. But, to be honest, $110 sounds really low in the context of veterinarian surgical procedures.

It really isn't that bad, before I lost my kitty to diabetes we were looking at about 4k to attempt to save her. I would have done anything possible to save her, but it wasn't in the cards. Hope your doggy gets better soon.

It sucks but i'd do the same damn thing. Spent $300 for my cat's visit just to have them tell me nothing was wrong with her. Annoying, but your pet becomes a part of your family. I can't just let them be.

I'm the same I keep saying I won't let my pet be sick or w/e

But imagine a 8-9tear old dog that might have 1-2 year would you do exemple a 700$+ operation?
