labs dont look happy unless they're 1) eating, 2) trucking through a pack of small children, or 3) in/near water. True story. Otherwise, they just look hungry/sleepy

I'm terrible identifying dogs, is that a Shih Tzu? My neighbor had one when I was a kid and the underbite always killed me, it looked so hilarious. Cute dog!

Yeah she's a shih tzu, a very tiny one, she was the runt and also had puppy pneumonia at 5 weeks, so she has stayed very small compared to a lot of other shih tzus.
