I've never heard anyone yet use the full name of their pedigree animals, but I suppose I don't hang around the show crowd that much yet ^^; My adult pedigree cats are all retired show cats and have some interesting names, but at least with cats their registered name always includes the name of the cattery that originally registered them and the cattery of where they now reside. My own Maine Coon is called Lionwoods Titania of PoksinKori; Lionwoods being the breeder, Titania her name, and PoksinKori my cattery (it means FluffyTail in Korean).

Titania is nearly as big as her brother Puck, the gray Maine Coon that lives in our Cafe, but she's a lot lighter. She's got a much nicer coat than he does, and her face is closer to the breed standard, which is why she is to be one of our breeding cats. Puck is still a beautiful cat, but he's not quite show/breeding quality.


We gave the cats a planter of grass the other day, they enjoyed it thoroughly. The Bengal isn't using it as a litterbox, she just wanted to walk on it ^^;

She's quite a handful... so much energy all the time... which is good for our Cafe since she always wants to play with the people who come in, but I can imagine in a home situation where a Bengal would get bored quickly and start destroying things.

Yeah, I derped and somehow got my hand over part of the lens >.> I must have been holding my phone with my left hand and didn't realize it at the time.

Just picked up my first bearded dragon today. He's named Odin. :D

Went to the animal shelter and got a new little kitten. She seems like she's got a kitty cold. She's sneezing and has a little booger-colored discharge from one of her eyes. We're taking her to the vet in a couple of hours. Can't come up with a name though.
