Tried searching for this information and saw alot of people asked this question and never got any solid answers.

Has anyone confirmed the latent for this weapon?
- Latent active while WSing?
- Latent active with gurfurlurs title?
- Latent active while standing on your own head?

also, is it possible to stack as much store TP as possible to get back the 6-hit build with /sam?

You'd have to eat something like Carbonara or Arrabiatto to use it in a 6-hit. That or use something gimpy like Askar Korazin. As for the latent I think people just don't care given that it's easier to get a Perdu Voulge which is better.
