Balu-Falu NPC in Oztroja. What is this?

I looked around before posting this and couldn't find anything on this NPC. I have no idea what it could be for, but I figured that a strange thing like this would probably be tied to something WoTG related.

Some friends of mine were cruising around at the top of Castle Oztroja (present), probably farming coffer keys or who knows what, when they dropped down the hatch that leads to Tzee Xicu the Manifest, and found this thingy: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v7...lu-Faluwut.png

They had no idea what it was or if it has any sort of significance. Unlike most NPC's it showed 0HP, and Sige told me that when he checked it nothing happened. Browsing wiki, the only thing related to "Balu-Falu" was that it is one of the many names that you can name an adventuring fellow. Anyone seen this or know anything about it?

I've seen those in campaign sometimes, forget the name they had but glitch for sure.
